I found the ranger to not really look like this. I had a look at them but the Mazda does seem a closer match.

The first thing it makes me think of is ford, That front facia really looks like something that would have been built in the 80s in Europe for ford, But I can not find any matching trucks sold in the US.

The closest thing I could come up with is the Mazda B Series pickup.
