vw wrote set in the 20s so i would say a Ford Model T Actually it takes place in the years 1933 and 1934, but Model T is not unlikely.
My first thought was a Ford Model A: Problem, some details fit, some don´t. The question is, is it overally close enough to be identified as a Model A or is it something different?
Sorry for the blurry quality, but the cutscenes are supposed to look like an 1980´s movie. BTW could it be a Cadillac Eldorado?
I would say "Made For Game".
Gamer wrote Oscar Mayer Wiener Mobile? Yes if anything it would be something custom built.
Or is this based on something real?
Finally! My car on IGCD in a non-wrecked version (although it is only a poster)!
Tuppence870 wrote I think it is the chassis code, but I'm not sure. More info www.lotusespritturbo.com/Lotus_Esprit_M70_Concept_Car.htm Looks like since the car is already called Esprit, so what remains left for "M70"? Maybe we should wait until someone can confirm it and leave the chassis blanket empty until then. BTW Interesting site! -- Last edit: 2014-08-16 17:57:40
Is this a Ford logo on the radiator grille?
Tuppence870 wrote This is the 1972 Lotus Esprit M70 Concept by Giugiaro Okay changed to Proto / Concept. Is M70 the chassis code?
Although the story is set in the year 1899 the car looks more modern. BTW could it be a Renault? It is also set in Lyon, France.

vw wrote Moskvich 402 www.autosoviet.altervista.org/MOSK402FR.JPG Pretty close!
The side perspective seems to vaguely resemble a first generation Ford Mustang, but overall, "Made For Game"?
It´s the bishop. | ||
Gamer wrote Are you ever going to return to IMCDb? Well I only visit the site from time to time. So far I have only uploaded one car there: imcdb.org/vehicle_686173-Ford-Maverick-1970.html BTW I also sometimes visit the site without writing a comment, so I´m actually more often there as it seems. Other sides where I am also (more) active: www.mobygames.com/ - Where I am currently very active (there is a link on my profile) www.imdb.com/ - I made an account last month www.ofdb.de/view.php?page=start - German movie and series database. I use it mainly to manage my collection. I´m member since 2005 or 2006. -- Last edit: 2014-07-31 19:53:35
It reminds me a bit of this: imcdb.org/vehicle_34468-Made-for-Movie-Mark-VIII.html
There seems to be a Ford GT90 parked in the background.

Interesting car! Since the game counts it as a car from 1962 (I don´t know anything about the legal status of this one in real life) you can use it for races dedicated to classic cars, making it quite superior. On Circuit de la Sarthe I managed to reach 318 kph with it!
Black Bart wrote Just As A Reminder, Cadillac DeVilles (both Sedans and Coupe, before 1994) usually have their categories within their model names. In other words if the DeVille is a sedan (like here), it would be filed as Cadillac Sedan DeVille. Same with the Coupe. Okay! Thanks for the hint.
It looks like a mixture of a 1950´s US concept and a High Speed record car.
"Some Honda". | ||
jus1029 wrote First Z1 on the site! Also, why does Forza or GT not acknowledge its existence? Exactly! Would be nice to drive it.
Tycek wrote This make no sense at all. So there is licenced Pug 408 and unlicensed one? What for exactly? Indeed! Implenting an unlicenced one when you own the rights to a real one would be extremely strange.
Thinking of it´s surname I also think this could be a T-Rex.
I agree with Mieguy. I definitely see some elements of a Trabant, but I think it is closer to a Trabant 500 (P50) which was produced from 1957 until 1962.
vw wrote Please be nice I think this car had a name change by lcpdcv and he was refering to this.
It feels so authentic driving it in Monaco!
Yes, good work! BTW is it somehow possible to say if it is a sedan or a coupe from that ankle?
I also think this could be an AMC. But I was leaning more towards a Pacer.
I think the BelAir on the sign in the background is too small to add, or does anybody think it is worth adding?

It looks more like a SUV than a Station Wagon.
Probably supposed to be this one: imcdb.org/vehicle_1936-Cadillac-Ambulance-1959.html The problem is it looks different and has other data (1963 instead of 1959).
Indeed! Sorry. | ||
It is a mix of many design elements, so I think "Made For Game" would be a good solution here.
There is a non-playable car driven by some of the opponents which could be the same as this. Is it necessary to give it an own entry?
"Made For Game" or can it be identified?

I´m pretty sure this is one BMW belonging to the "02 series", but there are quite a few of different models. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_2002tii#2002 -- Last edit: 2014-05-19 22:57:09 |
