It looks like the 1982 Cadillac Cimarron s.hswstatic.com/gif/1980-1989-cadillac-4.jpg
It's a 1940 or 1941 Lincoln Continental. www.carstyling.ru/resources/classic/40lincoln_continental.jpg
It's actually an Opel Olympia Caravan from the 50's. Source: cgtextures.com/texview.php?id=9598&PHPSESSID=frfchgu2hf1cdot1fbath3shj4
It's a 1st gen. GMC C/K, judging by the front it was based on the version in production between 1962-1966. commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:GMC_C/K-series_%281960-1966%29
Tycek is right, it's a Ford F-6, maybe F-5. auto.howstuffworks.com/1950-1959-ford-trucks1.htm
Most definitely a 40's GM car. I'm more partial to this car being a '46-'47 Oldsmobile, judging by the front gap where the grille would go normally. www.oldcarmanualproject.com/brochures/Olds/1946/1946OldsmobileBrochure/1946%20Oldsmobile%20Brochure%20%2801%29.html
The front fenders make it look more like a '37 Ford auto.howstuffworks.com/1937-1938-ford.htm
Looks like a GAZ M1 or a GAZ 11.
How about a BMW Dixi? www.flickr.com/photos/10983301@N06/3448203112/ www.austinharris.co.uk/photo/bmw-315-ps-da2-lieferwagen-delivery-van/519 Then again, it could be pretty much anything.
I can't see the little windows there. Seems more like the shading of the bodywork to me. www.simoncars.co.uk/citroen/slides/s_Citroen%2015CV%20side.jpg As you can see in this picture, the reflections on the C pillar are almost the same.
It's a W114 or (w115? -never knew the difference between them-) Mercedes-Benz that was shrunk. You can tell by the stamping on the doors and the cut on bonnet lid for the grille. A rear shot would be more conclusive, but I remember playing with the level editor of this game a lot, and I remember the rear looked like a Mercedes-Benz.
The car is a Citroen Traction Avant; judging by the rear it looks like a 15CV, but I'm not entirely sure about that one. I had no idea they built these in the UK, but apparently they did. www.citroenet.org.uk/foreign/slough/traction/traction-01.html -- Last edit: 2013-06-11 13:32:27
The side looks like a Skoda Forman. www.motorstown.com/46860-skoda-forman.html
The front looks like the US version of the W115. The rear's from a W108, but overall I think it's closer to the W115.
It's a GM "New Look" bus | ||
I think the closest thing it resembles is the BMW 6-series [E 24] Rear: istenbizony.hu/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/bmw635csi3.jpg Front: www.usautoparts.net/bmw/pics/6er/7092_1024.jpg
The bulge on the bonnet lid reminds me of a BMW.
Reminds me of the early GAZ GAZelle. i48.tinypic.com/juxoj4.jpg
The side looks like a Volvo 740/760
All Novalogic games seem to feature this truck model.
I'd say Ford Köln Leiferwagen. I only found this side picture of the van so far: members.chello.at/webadmiral/20090407/picture-0007.jpg Though the Ford Köln was identical to the Ford Y, which had a 5cwt van version. www.hcvs.co.uk/page7-gallery/page7-gallery.htm While these pictures show a later version of the Y van, the doors are identical to this one. www.simoncars.co.uk/fordcv/e494c.html
Those rectangular headlights look surprisingly nice. Almost like an Opel Rekord B! This strengthens my theory about the Opel inspiration behind the GAZ 24 Volga.
I think it's a Morris Minor. The bump on the doors, the grille, the poached egg styling matches. The Chevrolet Styleline has smooth doors, and does not look as truncated as this.
The grille looks more like a Buick to me: www.seriouswheels.com/pics-1950-1959/1955-Buick-4-Door-Special-fa-nf.jpg www.flickr.com/photos/49656291@N00/3987192416/
Can we see pics from the rear too, please? Also, the greenhouse is more like a Packard. Actually, I think this is more like a 1955-56 Packard on which the Gaz Chaika was based on. The badge on the grille seems to match, so does the greenhouse and the wheel-covers. Judging by the grille, it's a 1940 Chevy indeed. www.carestoration.com/40-chevy.htm I hope it gets changed after all this time.
Looks a bit like a Dodge.
It reminds me of the Opel Kapitän Hebmüller. www.origo.hu/auto/20120113-hebmuller-opel-kapitn-veteranteszt.html?pIdx=1
Most definitely a Grand Marquis with the rear lights somewhat similar to this hearse: carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_images/4/466/3461/38664230001_large.jpg
VW Santana, I think. www.drivenn.ru/_data/objects/06584/image015.jpg. As for the rear, they just applied the texture upside down: www.carsnew.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/VW-Santana-1.jpg
Strike is right: www.markwolf.name/panzer/miscvehicles.htm The profile matches.
Horch 180 or 108, I think. The front really looks like it. upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d8/Bundesarchiv_Bild_101I-158-0094-35%2C_Balkan%2C_PKW_der_Leibstandarte_Adolf_Hitler.jpg
I think it's more of a Mopar car, like a Plymouth from 1957-58.
One of those natural gas city buses in the US. I think it's an Orion V, judging by the narrow window behind the side window of the cab.
It's an Mtz-80 with the small cab. Lights and other parts are missing. -- Last edit: 2019-12-15 19:48:08 (Klumb3r)
I think it's a 1976-1985 impala wagon s3.racingjunk.com/ui/5/33/22410335-344-1977-Chevy-Impala-9-Passanger-Wagon-2.jpg www.imcdb.org/i153150.jpg

Mercedes-Benz W114/115
It seems to be based on the 50's Dodge truck range. More precisely, the front looks like it's from a 1951 Dodge truck Uploaded with ImageShack.us -- Last edit: 2011-08-04 18:53:53
I think it's either an Austin A40 Ute with Morris Minor Ute flatbed and doors. www.flickr.com/photos/albertsbite/3473406107/in/pool-1366189@N20 Or it could be a Morris Minor Ute with an Austin A40 grille, perhaps. www.flickr.com/photos/semmytrailer/3623432313/ |
