Removing rear bumper does in multiple occasions. Also design is Yin and yang. Sometimes keeping something as is or removing it is what is needed. An over the top all around would give you something like some of velside or fab design bodykits while velside manages to do some nice ones....fab design are god awful. You have your opinion cant really argue with that.This isnt exactly new in car culture... just look at drift missiles and rat rods...and more styles.(that tend to remove more than rear..)
