BrynCoops wrote Doesn't look anything like the HCD-8 IMO, looks a lot more like a 2010 Genesis Coupe. while it does look like a genesis coupe, this particular car, however, was introduced in ridge racer 7 (a game from 2006). the genesis coupe was introduced in 2008. igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=5561 -- Last edit: 2018-03-05 03:04:00

the wheels and headlights suggest it's a "gta le mans" trim.
the caliber isn't an suv, it's a compact car. also, r/t trim (judging by the chrome wheels).

carcrasher88 wrote Given the fact that many high detail racing games with licensed cars model their cars by laser scannning the real thing... afaik, they also sometimes use CAD blueprints. i could be wrong on that tho.

64-46 BMW wrote ... I highly doubt it's a "Made for game" car (otherwise, what is the purpose of this site?). "Made for game", or unknown, a car is obviously designed with inspiration of a car which exists irl. but it doesn't necessarily mean it's based or inspired from just ONE particular car, which you're implying. it could be very varied or no prominent design element(s) of the car stands out that resembles a particular car irl. -- Last edit: 2018-02-24 11:40:07

can i just say this: as much as i love test drive 6, even in its utterly flawed glory, the modeling on the xk180 is unforgivable. how does that resemble this?
absolutely "made for game". the design inspirations are very varied, it can't simply be identified from one car irl. p.s. regarding the tagAZ aquila. that's unexpected from that brand... that looks pretty nice. -- Last edit: 2018-02-21 07:00:47

64-46 BMW wrote Something about the front looks like an imitation of the Toyota Avensis... camry, actually.
i still think it's a bmw e36 (just a regular 3 series, not m3). nissan could be using it for benchmarking purposes for the skyline. also, the gloria does have different doors; it's door handles are above the accent. the e36's handles are along the accent. -- Last edit: 2018-02-13 19:32:20

i decided to add the psx version of the camaro, corvette, and f1 gtr, cuz they're differrent from their pc counterparts. i also opted to take a screenshot of the cars in the showroom rather than in-race, because for some reason their models on races look worse.
