It's funny that this game now has both a licensed Grand Cherokee and an un-licensed lookalike.
AutoTracker wrote Not quite... igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=83305 That used to be listed as a 124 Spider, don't know why it was changed Yeah, I know people on this site like to shoehorn every made-for-game unlicensed car into real-world models of dubious similarity, but that's a stretch.
First new 124 Spider on the site... I'm surprised it took this long.
Actually this is the slightly earlier Group A Clio Williams; the F2 kit car Clio Maxi had larger fender flares and a larger rear wing.
Has 440 side stripe decals, but if you go into photo mode and zoom in, you can see it has a "hemicuda" (426) emblem on the shaker hood. So it's a little bit confused.
No, no, no... it's a Landwind X7!
Too bad it's not the four-door. Then we could all argue over whether it's an Evoque or a Landwind X7!
I can't help reading the name "Lotz" as "LOLZ".
The "wrap-around" windshield makes it a 1956. Available in V8 and I6 versions. And yes it's playable. -- Last edit: 2018-09-23 21:49:14
Post-2011 facelift. | ||
Concept version, with the small wing mirrors and non-ugly headlights.
This is actually a WRX STI NR4, built by JRM Group, not a VT15r, which is a Vermont SportsCar product. The former is built to current FIA production-class specs, the latter for Rally America's Open Class. They're pretty similar, but not the same thing. www.jrm-group.com/nr4-subaru-wrx-sti
EDIT: I previously thought it was a 1968, but upon further consideration... It's a 1972. The front side-marker lights were added in late 1968. From late 1968 until some time in 1972, the reversing lights were moved to the boot lid. In 1972 the reversing lights reverted to their earlier position in the main light clusters, but from mid-1972 the vents below the headlights were deleted. So there was only a short time in early 1972 when this car could have been produced with front side markers, reversing lights in the main clusters, and vents below the headlights. -- Last edit: 2017-03-04 03:39:12
2017 model year, and it's an S GranLusso, not a GTS. The lower front fascia makes it an S, and the seats make it a GranLusso. -- Last edit: 2017-03-04 01:51:15
2016 is correct; the lower front fascia and fender vents are different from 2015 to 2016.
The bug is that they forgot to add the car to the game in the January update. It's not being fixed this weekend, but they've promised to make the car available in a future Forzathon event. Realistically, the earliest we can probably expect it is after the February update.
The rarest of all the Falcons. I'm slightly surprised, but very pleased, that this one made it into the game.
NOT going to be available in the game, at least at launch. If anything, expect another Porsche DLC later on.
It's not "M12 FAV Warthog", it's "M12S Warthog CST" because this is supposedly the unarmed civilian variant.
Now obtainable by setting a time in the Forza Racing Championship Elite rivals qualifiers.
BeanBandit wrote Isn't it HJ, like the one in the original Mad Max? No, the vents behind the front fenders look like an HQ. The vents on the HJ are shorter and wider.
speedfreak975 wrote Are we sure they dont mean exclusive cars that are maxed out The 2016 Audi R8 is both a pre-order reward and a loyalty tier-level reward, so yes, I think it's safe to say they aren't exclusive.
In game this is labelled a 1997 and 1.6, but the bodywork (grill and lower fascia) appear to be the pre-facelift 1.3 version. -- Last edit: 2016-04-05 05:04:11
Well, it will be part of the base game for anyone who buys it after April 5, or anyone who buys the console version. It's an update, not a DLC.
In this week's DiRT Show, they said it's based on a late-60s 1300 S, not a 1600 S.
Judging by the roll-up windows and lack of external door hinges, it's a Mk.III from around 1971 or so. Also, by that time the simple name "Mini" had replaced the separate Austin and Morris brands. -- Last edit: 2017-10-01 21:22:03
As of now, the time to beat is 1:39.552.
They've removed the erroneous "Lola" from the name in a recent patch.
Lancia called it "Montecarlo", one word.
What's stranger than the "Toyota" issue is that the car's full model name in-game is "#12 Rebellion Racing Lola R-One". The chassis was designed and built by Oreca, not Lola. Lola had already gone out of business in 2012, thus prompting Rebellion Racing to approach Oreca to design their new car. I can understand calling it a Toyota, as it at least has a Toyota engine, but I'm really at a loss as to how the Lola name came to be there.
Although it is not correctly identified as such in the game, this is actually the Ghibli S Q4 (the all-wheel-drive version). Forza Horizon 2 / F&F had the regular RWD Ghibli S.
I'd call it just an ordinary 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Coupe. No reason to suppose that it is the much rarer Hurst/Olds 442 of which rather few were made. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oldsmobile_Cutlass#/media/File:1970_Olds_Cutlass_Sport.jpg
From the side, it's a great match for the 2nd generation (2007-2015) Vauxhall/Opel Agila. www.automobilesreview.com/gallery/opel-agila/opel-agila-05.jpg |
