I see what you're saying but though they're pulled along, they're not completely dumb like a car trailer. Quite a bit of mechanical operation is involved to take corners, brake, set off, etc.
As it is, since 1984 the cars are manufactured by the SFMTA in house carpentry & workshop teams. Heaven knows how to list that on this site.

Pretty much agree with this, could be the Fiat OM Z 100.13 variant. OMs seem to have the indicator toward the rear of the cab more often than the Iveco.
