Closest engine by displacement between both the Eclipse and TT is the 2.5L I-5 under the hood of the TT-RS, which is also turbocharged. The TT, though, has never had a 24 valve engine. On the right is an Obey (Audi) billboard in white. On the left is an Ubermacht (BMW) billboard in black. The Ubermacht billboard says 'DISobey', and appears to be a GTA take on this interesting pair of billboards: adsoftheworld.com/sites/default/files/images/juggernaut.jpeg Also of note, the vehicles on these billboards either match or are close to the ones from the real ad.
