Being Germany, this would be a Combi, right?
Chassis code [X204] www.imcdb.org/vehicles.php?make=Mercedes-Benz&model=X204&modelMatch=2&modelInclChassis=on
2008-11 Series II [Typ 3T]
Yeah, they are rather identical. Still, it's the e-tron because of the grille, small side mirrors, headlights, no hood scoop, side windows, and the wheels.
III [ZVW30] | ||
Supersports, not GT. www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=39420
Actually, it's the 2010 e-tron Concept (not the R8 based one). www.netcarshow.com/audi/2010-e-tron_concept/
Roadster should be added to the model name. www.igcd.net/vehicles.php?make=Pagani&model=Zonda+Cinque+Roadster
We've already got this car listed (www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=57263), but since this is a better image, could someone delete the older one?
According to IMCDb, origin is Australia, not US. Chassis code is [T6]. The latest Ranger isn't even sold in the US.
There were two Delta 88s in Ghostbusters II that were like this, although neither were green. www.imcdb.org/vehicle_24733-Oldsmobile-Delta-88-1978.html www.imcdb.org/vehicle_122925-Oldsmobile-Delta-88-Royale-N69-1978.html
Maybe it's supposed to be the 1980 Impala (www.imcdb.org/vehicle_24714-Chevrolet-Impala-1980.html) taxi from Ghostbusters II with the livery of the 1978 Checker Taxicab (www.imcdb.org/vehicle_592-Checker-Taxicab-A11-1978.html) from the same film?
Sorry. Wasn't thinking straight. Aside from the side window, I'll agree. It does look like a Regal, while the CLA's side windows are a better match.
Why does it have to be changed just because it's in Chicago? Mercedes-Benz sells the CLA in the US, and the midsection looks a lot more like the CLA than the Verano. I will admit the nose looks way more Buick than M-B, but the middle is still more like the CLA.
Perfect match. | ||
I think you could be on to something, though it was called Spectra in the US.
I don't know if Turn 10 made the engine capable of three wheelers (if it is, a Can-Am Spyder RS-S would neat, too), but an old 4/4 would be awesome. Not sure of the T1, but I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to get the LCC Rocket, since GT6 has it.
Driveclub may have shown it first, but this technically makes Forza 5 the first commercially available game to offer this.
I figured this would be in here sooner or later, but that doesn't make it any less awesome.
...it's beautiful! | ||
It was. Specifically, a Mercedes-Benz T1.
With the dual line ribbed side molding, I'm thinking a 94-00 Dodge Ram. upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/98/94-01_Dodge_Ram_regularcab.jpg
Headlights look like Volkswagen Lupo ones...but, yes, it's a VehiCROSS.
Actually, the GTA Wikia page says Albany is the manufacturer of the car, but Dundreary performed the limo conversion. They also still say it's called the Dundreary Stretch in game, which it is.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-Tiw-5H2Zs Here's proof of the Police Roadcruiser name. Around the 0:21 mark, the Police Roadcruiser name appears at the bottom right.
No, it's still a [J70] Land Cruiser, just with a Ford grille and headlights.
Wrong. www.netcarshow.com/ford/2002-gt40_concept/
Apparently, according to an in-game radio commercial, this car is German.
Black Bart wrote Looks like a Renault Escape (Mixed Years) Nope, it's a Grandis. upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2e/Mitsubishi_Grandis_front_20071102.jpg
Yeah, you're right. It's a 6 texture. Of course, most of the details of the back ends of the 6 and Lacetti hatch seem quite identical, don't they? upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8d/Chevrolet_Lacetti_rear_20080121.jpg
Setra? | ||
Mercedes-Benz truck? | ||
Range Rover with 2 doors removed, or perhaps a Range Stormer concept?
Mitsubishi Grandis/Space Wagon with the rear texture of a Chevrolet/Daewoo Lacetti hatchback. -- Last edit: 2014-01-01 18:39:13
Ford Mondeo? | ||
Considering the location, yes.
European 7th generation Honda Accord. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_Accord_%28Japan_and_Europe_seventh_generation%29
In some cases, a race car's origin is the country it's put together in, not where the vehicle it resembles is from (of course, the origin DOES remain the same if it's directly based on the production car). This vehicle resembles the SS, but it's not even remotely related to the street SS, so origin is US, not Australia. webcarstory.com/voiture.php?id=13906
Should be 'Origin: USA, Made for: Japan', since it's a rebadged Vibe and built in California. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_Voltz
Are those Mercedes-Benz wheels on it? (The car in the game, not in the link) -- Last edit: 2013-12-28 21:40:31
www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=61949 Subaru BRZ GT300? It's even got the same front fender trim piece.
Mazda6? | ||
I'm thinking Nissan Sentra [B15].
Looks pretty close to the real thing. Could it be they're using a modified version of the model that was supposed to be in Driver: San Francisco (and got replaced by the Arnage)?
Sauber C9, not Mercedes-Benz C9. Specifically, a 1989 Sauber C9 Mercedes-Benz, like the other C9s are listed as (with the exception of ChoroQ and Ridge Racer ones, which are not licensed versions). -- Last edit: 2013-12-24 04:44:15
Yeah, but in the vehicle select in GTA Online (when using the Utility class) it's shown as the Nagasaki Caddy. www.youtube.com/watch?v=iPaaSMUxdbQ At around the 0:40 second mark, the make and model are shown.
Looks a bit more like a [B13] Nissan Sentra to me, possibly an SE-R coupe.
Could also be a Chevrolet/GMC W-Series.
First generation GM 'New Look' (1959-62), could be either a TDH-4516 or TDH-4517, based on the length. -- Last edit: 2013-12-19 18:51:37
Definitely. It even has the fender mounted marker light in the correct position. |
