Cities: Skylines (2015)
I'd stay with VW W12 Nardo. Certainly the closest match.

Better main image:

Audi S4 Avant

The Crew (2014)
I agree with Audi A4 Avant.
Nissan Navara

ZombiU (2012)
Looks like a 2005 Nissan Navara with a different front end.
Wright Eclipse Gemini

ZombiU (2012)
Looks like a modified Volvo B5L
Peugeot 206

ZombiU (2012)
The rear door handle is on the wrong end...

Split/Second: Velocity (2010)
Aston Martin One-77?
Pagani Huayra

Split/Second: Velocity (2010)
Looks a lot like the 2016 Ford GT, but it didn't exist yet...

Mix of Pagani Zonda (since the Huayra wasn't out yet) and Ferrari Enzo?
Mack Cruise-Liner

Shadow Warrior 2 (2016)
Volvo, maybe?
International Harvester Loadstar

Mafia III (2016)
It does look like a Loadstar.
Buick Centurion

Fallout 4 (2015)
I just came across the ad this is inspired by:

Hyundai Aero City 540

The Sims: Bustin' Out (2003)
So it should be listed as Hyundai Global 900 as well.
Chevrolet Avalanche

Automation - The Car Company Tycoon Game (2015)
I just chopped the back off the 2015 Suburban to make this, since there isn't a matching Avalanche to go with it anymore. I'm not the one to decide what it's listed as on IGCD, but I can say that it was designed for the game rather than replicating something real.
Chevrolet Camaro

Automation - The Car Company Tycoon Game (2015)
The 2016 Camaro wasn't out when this was created. The rear is based on the 2015 Mustang, though it is possible to morph it into a shape pretty close to the Camaro's. I thought it was closer in scale to the Challenger, but I just double checked that it's actually the size of the Camaro, meaning it should be changed to that.
Chevrolet Avalanche

Automation - The Car Company Tycoon Game (2015)
Avalanche-style version of the 2015 Suburban, since the Avalanche was discontinued in 2013.
Dodge Challenger

Automation - The Car Company Tycoon Game (2015)
Exactly that. Only up to the end of the A-pillar is it the Boss S14, everything after that was designed to fit with the front of that kit rather than the stock S14.
Dodge Dakota

Automation - The Car Company Tycoon Game (2015)
Cross between a 1994 Dodge Ram and 1999 Ford Super Duty.
Chevrolet Lumina APV

Automation - The Car Company Tycoon Game (2015)
It was actually a real model. The van design is based on the European market Trans Sport, but only the Lumina APV had a commercial trim.
Custom Made Batmobile/Tumbler

Stunt Rally (2014)
Not sure on what to name it, but it's the Tumbler from the Batman 'Dark Knight Trilogy'
Isuzu Panther

DreadOut (2014)
Looks like a Toyota Hilux
Made for Game Off-Road Vehicle

Halo 5: Guardians (2015)
I listed it the same way as in the other Halo games. It's the same type of vehicle as the Willys MB, so off-road/SUV is the best category for it.
Gulf Stream Yellowstone

Duke Nukem 3D (1996)
Cobra Monterey, maybe?
GMC C-7000

Dead Rising 3 (2013)
GMC 7000?
unknown

Switchcars (2016)
1938 Phantom Corsair?
Honda Insight

Switchcars (2016)
2000 Honda Insight
Marcopolo Paradiso G7 1800 DD

Switchcars (2016)
Alexander Dennis Enviro 500, maybe?
Ford Fusion

IS Defense (2016)
2005 Volkswagen Passat with modified front and rear ends.
Dodge Daytona Turbo

Injured Engine (1984)
Looks like it could be some kind of concept car, but I'm not sure what.
Made for Game SUV

Rocket League (2015)
Likely MFG, but I see some similarities to the Dartz Prombron.
Volkswagen Bulli

Destiny (2014)
Looks a bit like the Toyota Fine-T/Fine-X Concept, but with more conventional doors.
Checker Marathon

Monster 4x4: World Circuit (2006)
I think it looks like a Checker Marathon, even with the front end not being a match.
American LaFrance Century 2000

Monster 4x4: World Circuit (2006)
I would say American Lafrance Aero Chief.
Ford B-Series

Monster 4x4: World Circuit (2006)
1994-1998 Ford B-Series
Seat Córdoba SX

Monster 4x4: World Circuit (2006)
Front end looks like a Peugeot 306, but I don't know about the rest of the body. Seems pretty generic.
Toyota Hilux

Automation - The Car Company Tycoon Game (2015)
"90SUVLarge" would be based on the 1990 4Runner, which is the main variant. This generation of the Hilux was on the market a couple years before the 4Runner/Hilux Surf based on it was released.
Also, "10CoupeLarge" (the C7 Corvette body) is available in-game from 2006, so the file name doesn't have much to do with the year the body unlocks.
Chevrolet Blazer

Automation - The Car Company Tycoon Game (2015)
The person who modelled these says the pickups are based on the Hilux and SUVs on the 4Runner/Hilux Surf. I realise the two-door looks more like a Blazer/Jimmy than the two-door 4Runner, but that's the info I based it on.
FMC XM1108

Fallout 4 (2015)
Looks like a Vought M270, just with a different missile system.

Mitsubishi Montero

Grand Theft Auto IV (2008)
The ad wasn't for the Monstrosity, the only thing is that Maibatsu is based on Mitsubishi and this model is based on a Mitsubishi. It may or may not have been planned as the Monstrosity.
Mitsubishi Montero

Grand Theft Auto IV (2008)
I heard something about that, and it's too bad it wasn't in the game. Would have been a fine addition as a regular SUV.
AMC Javelin

Grand Theft Auto IV (2008)
And here's the image they used for this commercial...

MCI J 4500

Grand Theft Auto IV (2008)
Yeah, those are screenshots from the commercial.
Ford Explorer

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (2005)
I'm seeing Ford Explorer for the back, and the obviously Grand Cherokee front.
Grumman-Olson P-800

Tom Clancy's The Division (2016)
It's basically the same as this too www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=37524
Toyota 8FG 25

Tom Clancy's The Division (2016)
Maybe a Toyota forklift?
Sinoboom GTZZ18J

Tom Clancy's The Division (2016)
I would say Sinoboom GTZZ18J. I'm really not sure on how valid this is as a submission, but I figured it's self propelled, and that moving airport platform in GTA V was listed.
Ford Escape

Tom Clancy's The Division (2016)
I'd lean more toward the Lincoln Aviator/Navigator with that huge chrome grill and the chrome accents. I should also mention that this thing is quite big, with the roof being higher than the character's head, so while the side looks somewhat like the Ford Escape it's much too big to be that.
Ford F-350

Tom Clancy's The Division (2016)
I was able to update the photo with that link, though it does seem to need approval.
