As you see, the front end its quite similar to the Malibu; and it has the "spirit" i thought about :p

On the other hand, i still agree with you on the fact that the rear looks like a Lincoln MkVII made into a four door, and the fact about the Pontiac taillights.

The picture is for the police car, the graphics are not good but i think there is some cop car that resembles to this one... Maybe 70's Ford LTD? Not sure about this.

I'd say 512M as well rather than Testarossa; it has a too modern front to be the Testarossa. Note that the 512M was an ugly modernization of the Testarossa.
