That's not true. We don't know what the issue is, but Toyota road cars aren't completely banned from all non-Japanese games. I think it's just extremely complex licensing deals.

Since the end of 2017, I have never seen a Toyota-licensed road car ever appear in games, except for Project Cars 2 and GT Sport (both form Japan market). You may notice that even CSR 2 has undergone this change
