There are some examples of this: You can make constructive criticism, alert them with less rudeness and more maturity, or if you have Discord, using the problem reporting channel. The only person who can ban in the IGCD is the moderator, so it's not an easy work

Also, don't judge people without being sure they are trolls or not. Sometimes the member is new and don't understand how this site works properly
