1991-1992 = partially hidden rear wheel (open arche on 1993+, like this one)
1992+ = colored pillars
1994+ = rounded dashboard
1995-1996 = different rear side window / c-pillar (could be the case of this one actually, but the image is not very good)

That car reminds me the game "Fatal Racing", but as I played that game very long time ago I am not sure if it is just due to the name, or if the car colors/style is similar to those of the game.
