The name of this vehicle has just been discovered as "Matador" from log dump files found in the recent GTA 5 source code leak as seen in this GTAForums post.

I hope someday someone can find the original render image of this vehicle.

Regardless, RIP to this legend. Forever to be remembered as one of the top choices for pimps and rappers across the US through the 2000's.

Dodge ended the production to enter in the eletric-only era, probably the Future sucessor would be a another boring and ugly eletric car.

Donīt compare Driver saga with GTA. Pretty different in their own.

But as I said, I prefer the cars being as close as the real life counterparts.

Driv3r and Parallel Lines was the only games that are similar to GTA.

Also, in a pre-release screenshot it had different taillights, which were identical on the ones on the '69 Cutlass:

barnfinds.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/030521-1969-Oldsmobile-Cutlass-Supreme-1-630x390.jpg

It looks like someone at R* really liked Oldsmobiles from that era.

Early design are not valid to define which car is, but the final design is. Like i explained, the tailights and front grille are more near to the Buick Skylark than a Oldsmobile, both vehicles on real life uses the same Chevrolet plataform.
