First licensed FL5 Civic Type R. Shouldn't this be a hatchback? I see a sloped rear end.
Forza Horizon 5 (2021) | www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYvNWy_2RXo Holy hell. Ultraviolet aka Sir Moseus did a two hour and 17 minute long brutal critique about Forza Horizon 5 and its major flaws. Better hope you have some snacks and drinks because this is very much a glorified rantview. Some of his points are very much excellent because they're problems of their own. Watch at your own risk.
Teardown (2022) | Not just the PS5, it's also coming to the Xbox Series consoles on November 15th: www.gameinformer.com/news/2023/09/28/teardown-hits-ps5-and-xbox-series-xs-this-november This needs to be updated, as well as an updated cover art. -- Last edit: 2023-09-28 19:15:24
Victor_2003 wrote Looks like they wanted to save time and budget than a limitation. Not strictly true. They made a simpler model due to limitations. So realistically, whatever that other guy said is 100% truth.
Be sure to scare Leandro away with this nifty VTOL-based broomstick inspired by black magic!

It's this: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=235028 Ford F-350
It's ugly looking and is essentially a hardtop version of the BMW Z8, which kinda looks like it. Compare both and you'll know why.
The visual offense of this car is the dreadful Edsel grille they put in.
STAG's Daedalus, which imo is a completely fictional hover-aircraft carrier. Something like this would be MFG.
It's based on the Zimos, which would be a Corolla. That... uh, woman though. Isn't that a little risque?
Could be one of those EMD locomotives, just decommissioned. I am thinking it's based on the SD or GP family of locomotives from that company, but imo it looks like the GP given the shorter nose. -- Last edit: 2023-09-25 03:16:13
Same as this, just decrepit: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=284743
Egon wrote That looks horrible, like a funeral car. REALLY bad model. Where is the sleek sportiness of BMWs? Yeah, this model is absolutely atrocious. Who at SCS made this trashware?? Look at how bad these proportions are as evidenced below. (Might have to be resized) Especially with how the rear end is in comparison to the front end. Did anyone at SCS see a real G31 BMW and scanned one? Or did they make a shoddy Chinese knockoff? Because it is absolutely appalling. This has to stop. What happened to SCS's 3D assets as of late? They were making 1:1 accurate models, now all of a sudden they started making these awful models lately. I've called them out for this because that was completely gratuitous and uncool. Most AI vehicles do not incur physical damage, so what is the deal here? -- Last edit: 2023-09-25 02:33:50

It's DLC, as it is part of the car pass
Let's get one thing straight about this car. Yes, we know the iX's design is really controversial. I disliked its proportion and felt like BMW should've given the X5 an EV facelift rather than a 20-year future time loop. The XM is 20x worse and I guarantee that SUV will end up in Forza. But calling this an "assface" car... really? That's really hyperbolic considering this is a relatively decent EV sport ute apart from its awkward styling and the infamous pignose grille. Personally, I don't think toxic comments, like carknower said about the electric SUV, value the site anything other than disingenuous hyperbole.

It's not. More details match with the first-gen GS imo.
Grand Theft Auto V (2013) | Happy 10th Anniversary, Grand Theft Auto V. It's quite a journey, for better or worse. Though I wish they didn't make a bigger deal of GTA Online. In retrospect, I thought it set the bar higher than GTA IV, with its map, story, and the well-written characters. It did so, but it also brought on a new, more sinister roadmap for its online integration. Admit it, when GTA Online launched in October 2013 it didn't nearly have as much content initially. Only the Annihilator helicopter was online only at the time, and the other content that rolled out got items for single-player to boot. Which showed back then Rockstar cared about the SP crowd. Then something happened. Something terrible happened that essentially changed the face of GTA. When the enhanced version came through, all seemed right when we got plenty of content to be added to the game, notably the Chino, Windsor, and the Osiris to the dealers. Yes, Online was popular at that time, but Rockstar still cared about Single Player, for a time. Heists update, not so much. People thought it was just a fluke - and we thought it would be the only online-only update. We were wrong. After the Lowriders update, which effectively barred all single-player content save for a machine pistol and machete, and the occasional radio updates, everything else was locked to the online component. Since 2015 pretty much everything in the updates released has been exclusionary to its online iteration, made worse by its greed of Shark Cards. You can blame losing Leslie Benzies for this. A painful shame, really because I wanted the series to strive. And the fate of any singleplayer DLC was sealed when one of the devs effectively killed it. That part was painful because back in GTA IV we had two stellar expansions.

IGCD Future releases and to-do list (2023) | I have decided to return to commenting again after some time off. So now I have some suggestions regarding how image links work and just now the comment section is bugged. Again. And once again it's from the same user who is Brazilian who doesn't understand that it's either his format or the mobile format that causing the problem. I don't use mobile layout (and the site is clearly not designed for mobile usage of any kind, at all). I have had complaints about broken comment sections for quite some time now, and nothing is ever done. Why does it keep happening? Is there a possible solution? I have one solution in mind, and, as usual, it would have to be imgur or any image hosting site. Should it rectify the issue? Probably not, but who knows.
Microsoft Flight Simulator 3.0 (1988) | I love how this horrid user contributed to this game. Just goes to show how HORRIBLE IGCD is. Thanks a lot, Worst Nightmare! -- Last edit: 2023-09-07 02:07:45
L.A. Rush (2005) | Auto-Friki wrote Don't be surprised. Something similar happened in NFS Underground 1: only 4 engine sound files, of which 3 are present at the beginning of the game; The fourth sound file is only available if you unlock the Subaru Impreza, which is the first on the list to have that sound file; After the Impreza, the Hyundai Coupé and the Toyota Supra followed. What did you do after? In Underground 2, more engine sound files were added, ranging from the sound of an inline 4-cylinder Peugeot 206 (different sound files) to that of a V8 engine from a Pontiac GTO. But the case of L.A. Rush is very controversial. Yes it's true. They use 4 engine sound files spread across some cars. They lacked originality to add more sounds, starting with the sound of a V10 from the Dodge Viper. And not only that. I think the engine sound files in the PS2 version were the same as those in the Xbox and Windows version, only slightly modified. They did this because of game limitations during that time. In the mid-2000s the technology for advanced, individual car sound files was limited, meaning they had to copy-and-paste generic sound files. Sure it may be different now (look at Horizon 5 for a clear example), but that was how it was back then. As for this game's sound quality, it's pretty much hit or miss. The voice acting, the sound effects for the game and physics, and the cop's dialogue lines are quite annoying. The game's soundtrack is not particularly impressive (nor anything special) given the large amount of APM tracks spread across three genres of music, alongside a handful of has-been rappers of the time. -- Last edit: 2023-09-07 00:35:17
Victor_2003 wrote For a 6.5 game, the specific traffic vehicles on each neighborhood and the big Los Angeles are very impressive detail for a 2005 PS2 game, better details than Midnight Club and NFS. This vehicle along with the Bel Air and the Ford F-150 Lightning spawns only in South Central. True, but the regular F-150 single cab truck and the S-Type (both of which are listed in the game) are not in the PS2 version, which is an inferior port compared to the Xbox version. The reasoning about 'specific cars only get to spawn' is not actually relevant since pretty much any car can spawn, even exotic cars. Lots of devs back then do this because of limitations, which isn't right. -- Last edit: 2023-09-07 00:26:31

Don't spam, "Leandro". And frankly it's justa mishmash of textures so I doubt this is ID'able. Maybe it's a Kenworth, but we dont know. -- Last edit: 2023-09-06 16:30:34
Based on the texture map it's most likely a Fleetwood Bounder/Pace Arrow.
It's certainly a Subaru Impreza, specifically the Bugeye variant circa 2001. An easy way to spot is the dual grille layout the GD-generation has used. Or more specifically, this from a Polish musicvideo: www.imcdb.org/vehicle_1530651-Subaru-Impreza-GD-2001.html -- Last edit: 2023-09-06 16:33:22

EA Sports WRC (2023) | I know how bad this is gonna turn out 'cause it's got the dreadful EA Sports logo on the cover. And I know this company all too well. Run by Satan and is responsible for the mass execution of many talented game developers in the past 20 years. The magnitude of this is ravaging and horrifying. Maybe this will be good. But if Codemasters blows it, then the developer and it's storied history is taken down with it. They're the ones who killed SMS and the Project CARS franchise.
Was ist los? Isn't that the point that this Worst Nightmare guy is just another alt account of that one infamous user back in 2016? The one who got driven out of the site because of some pointless squabble over some South African guy on the site. I've seen worse, but I can not detail this for I have my reasons. I am withdrawing this comment with some dignity.
It's so utterly disrespectful that somebody would just list this as unknown when the Scooby-Doo Mystery Machine itself is an icon. Give or take the cartoons had it different but the basic design is still there, a '65 Chevy. Even the livery itself is a nod to the Mystery Machine. -- Last edit: 2023-09-05 02:23:14

Okay, so as far as I am concerned, this is likely not confirmed to be DLC, if anything, it probably won't end up on the car pass (which will only be a car a month iirc). The Forza reboot's rollout updates are monthly, which means free cars or tracks, and that will vary each month in the coming weeks and years of support. So hopefully we will see this beauty in a free update, considering FH5 has it as a Playlist reward four months ago. Since T10 now has gotten past the slump of releasing games every few years now, the era of live service does have some good merits. Yes there will be paid DLC in the form of car pass vehicles. But we don't know which ones so it's all a guessing game to me. Here's the updated car list (and no, the 935 is not on the list): forza.net/news/forza-motorsport-car-list We'll keep you posted on where the car's status will end up.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted (Mobile) (2012) | It's not "weird", its licensing. Use your research and google up licensing.... Ever heard of it?
Because it's wrong. We know it's a model year 2012, and someone "randomly" changed it for no reason. Do not change it back to 2013. |
