MW2012 was designed as BO6 from the start.Criterion was forced to take over NFS once again, and BO6 was close to be done after the success of HP2010.Refuse to let go of the finish game, they renamed it MW2012.The game's only problem is MW name and sterotype of MW name

That's completely false.

Maybe I was wrong, then. But I remember seeing a video about the only road legal Vulcan in the UK which had been made by a garage and not by Aston Martin.

This, the Giulietta and the NSX-R are part of the VIP pass, so they need the DLC star. It's included with the game but it's linked to your account so you have to buy it if you don't buy the game new.

To be honest, I don't know why they couldn't license them. I'd like the Buick GNX to make an appearance in The Crew 2.
Or maybe Ubisoft does not like anything from the '80s, especially boxy vehicles. That and we don't get a lot of vehicles from the late '90s in modern games past 2000.
Another thing - real manufacturers don't like seeing their cars turned into metal. That's why we get simplified damage. ;) I think they're unlicensed for the real reason(s) above.

Oh and also, this vehicle needs a in-game shot, if provided.

They couldn't license them because they're made to get wrecked. They're not even passenger cars, they're tube frame race cars with bodywork.
