I think we can still list is as TAM, here for example we don't make the distinction between Daimler (pre-Daimler-Benz German manufacturer), with the British car maker, neither on IMCDb with the Czech Avia and the Spanish Avia (totally unrelated truck manufacturers)

I did some research, and this seem to be a pre-2011 prototype or pre-series because of its Jeep/Hummer-like grille which later had to be changed for copyright reasons.
Apparently, the final assembly was made by Batallón de Arsenales 601 in Argentina.
Because Brazil withdraw from the project at some point and it seems Argentina developped the most part, I agree with origin Argentina.
