Well it's tricky, all pictures I found about this truck have a "Volat" badge on the grille, but are labelled as "MZKT-7429". According to Wikipedia, Volat is a brand name used on civilian trucks built by MZKT. So I don't know how it should be classed. Also, I couldn't find the introduction year, but it was produced post-soviet era, so it might be origin Belarus and not USSR.
Maybe should be under MZKT or Volat manufacturer?
Wouldn't origin Austria be more correct? It's basically a rebadged G-class developped by Steyr-Puch

Hino was founded in 1942, its predecessor was Tokyo Automobile Industry (東京自動車工業) which changed its name to Diesel Jidōsha (ヂーゼル自動車, Diesel Industry Company) in 1941, so the make of this tank is Diesel Jidōsha.
