Plymouth Valiant

Max Payne (2001)
That would be a 1973-1975 Dart, definitely. In 1976 the dart was replaced by the Aspen.
Ford Mustang

Max Payne (2001)
Looks like a 1994-1997 Ford Mustang to me.
Ford Mainline

Mafia II (2010)
They squared it off a bit, but all the details are 1957 Ford.
Buick Apollo

Scarface: The World Is Yours (2006)
1973-1974 Buick Apollo with a taller grille and two extra headlights.
Volvo 244

The Sims 3 (2009)
Volvo 244.
Plymouth Road Runner

FlatOut (2004)
1969 Chevrolet Camaro.
Mercury Eight

Crazy Taxi 3 (2002)
1949-1950 Mercury.
Plymouth Barracuda

Test Drive: Eve of Destruction (2004)
Yep...1970 Barracuda. This is the fastest, best-handling, and most expensive car in the game.
Chevrolet Chevette

Test Drive: Eve of Destruction (2004)
This is the car you start the game with...it is indeed a Chevette.
Ford Ranger

GSR: German Street Racing (2006)
In Germany? o_O
Chevrolet Corvette

Saints Row 2 (2008)
As in the first Saint's Row, it's a 1968-1973 Corvette.
Cadillac Series 62

London Racer II (2002)
A really poorly rendered attempt at a 1959 Cadillac Series 62.
Cadillac Series 62

Enter the Matrix (2003)
It's a 1959 Cadillac Series 62.
Willys Americar

Wreckin Crew (1998)
That's a 1941 Willys Coupe.
Dodge M-37

Secret Files: Tunguska (2006)
It's a really tiny Dodge M-37. It's probably supposed to be a Jeep.
Chevrolet Advance-Design 3800

Total Overdose: A Gunslinger's Tale In Mexico (2005)
1954 Chevrolet 3800.
Datsun Bluebird

Driv3r (2004)
It doesn't really look like a Renault 9 or 11 apart from the grille. And not a single angle of the car looks anything like a Talbot Tagora.

Some of you guys need to learn to look at the entire car, rather than just focusing on tiny details like the door handles and the wheels. Those things are changed to make the in-game car look generic. The general shape of the vehicle is what's more likely to be influenced by real-life cars.

So far, the closest suggestions have been the Audi 100/200 and the Toyota Crown.
Ford Galaxie

Tony Hawk's Underground 2 (2004)
Yeah, definitely a generic-ized 1964 Galaxie.
Renault 19

Driv3r (2004)
I always thought it was a Peugeot 405. The back end looks very similar. The Opel Kadett pictured above also looks a lot like it.

In any case, both of those vehicles are closer to resemblance than the Renault 25 is.
Ford LTD

Driv3r (2004)
Yeah, sure, apart from the whole problem of looking absolutely nothing like a Dodge Monaco...
Chevrolet Impala

Tony Hawk's Underground (2003)
It is indeed a 1972 Chevrolet Impala. I think the gamemakers might have even stolen a few textures from the 1972 Impala named "Archie" at www.stillruns.com
Pontiac GTO

Motor City Online (2001)
Whoever is identifying the years in this game keeps getting one year off. This is a 1966 GTO, not a 1967.
Mercury Monterey

Motor City Online (2001)
1949 Mercury Club Coupe.
Plymouth Road Runner

Motor City Online (2001)
1969. 1968 would have a single, continuous taillight across the back.
Ford Ranchero

Motor City Online (2001)
It's a 1957. They went to quad headlights in 1958.
Ford Mustang

Motor City Online (2001)
It's a 1965, not a 1966.
Cadillac Series 62

Motor City Online (2001)
1947 Cadillac Series 62.
Ford Crestline Sunliner

Motor City Online (2001)
This is a 1953 Ford Crestliner, not a '55 Chevy.
Pontiac Catalina

Driver 2: Back On The Streets (2000)
Not the best picture of the car. It's much clearer from other angles in the CG sequence.
Chevrolet Styleline De Luxe

Driver 2: Back On The Streets (2000)
The overall car looks like a Kaiser, probably a Manhattan.
Pontiac Firebird

Project Gotham Racing 4 (2007)
The car is an overall good representation of a 1983 Firebird (first year for the L69 305), but there at least two odd details that bug me:

For one, the steering wheel is wrong. It looks like some sort of aftermarket 4 spoke wheel. Then again, many of these cars have had aftermarket steering wheels fitted (though I'd think boosting the horsepower to over 190 would be a higher priority).

Also, the mirrors and rear spoiler in the game are always black, regardless of the chosen color. These would always be the same color as the body.

Cadillac Sedan DeVille

The Godfather II (2009)
Definitely a 1962 Cadillac Sedan DeVille.
Italdesign Calà

Saints Row (2006)
Much closer to a Diablo.
Cadillac Escalade ESV

Saints Row (2006)
Both vehicles are similar, but I'd go for Cadillac Escalade, given the "bling" factor of the vehicle. One of these is even driven by a hip-hop mogul in the game...if that doesn't say "Escalade," I don't know what does.
Chevrolet El Camino

Saints Row (2006)
A combination Chevrolet El Camino and Ford Ranchero. It has elements of both vehicles.
Buick Regal T-Type

Grand Theft Auto IV (2008)
"Regal T-type" is actually the correct name for the turbo Regal.
BMW 3.0 Si

Wheelman (2009)
The front of it reminds me a lot of the North American spec Peugeot 504s, with the four circular headlights.

Look at the 504 on this page and tell me there's not a similarity: www.angelfire.com/tn/pugdatabase/
Chevrolet Corvette

The Godfather: The Game (2006)
The front fenders, doors, and side trim are all 1953-1955 Chevrolet Corvette pieces. The grille is definitely Austin Healey.
Plymouth 'Cuda

Gran Turismo 2 (1999)
Listed as a 1970 in the game, but is actually a 1972. Curiously, the Dodge Challenger is listed as a 1972 in the game, but is actually a 1970. Someone got confused during licensing, apparently.
Plymouth Road Runner

Gran Turismo 2 (1999)
It's actually not a GTX, but rather a 1971 Roadrunner. Although based on the same body, the trim and graphics were very different.
Dodge Challenger

Gran Turismo 2 (1999)
Named as a 1972 in game, however the car is actually a 1970. 1972s had a different grille and taillight panel.
Ford F-100

Hot Rods (2006)
This is a 1961-1966 Ford F-100.
Cadillac Eldorado

Carmageddon (1997)
I'd venture to say "Made for Game." There are so many different components here culled from so many different cars, it doesn't really resemble anything as a whole.
Pontiac Firebird Trans Am

Midnight Club: Los Angeles (2008)
1979 according to the game.
Chevrolet Monte Carlo

Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition (2005)
1978, not 1973.
Harley-Davidson FLSTF Fat Boy

Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness (2003)
Looks like a Harley Davidson V-Rod.
Kaiser Jeep M-715

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune (2007)
Jeep M-715.

Mercury Eight

MotorStorm: Pacific Rift (2008)
Customized '49-'51 Mercury.
Mercury Monterey

Mafia II (2010)
This is the same car that appears as a taxi in another screen shot. The overall impression is of a 1949-1950 Mercury, although it has Oldsmobile taillights and the front clip looks like a 1949 Kaiser or Frazer.
Oldsmobile 442

Driver 2: Back On The Streets (2000)
It shares absolutely no resemblance to an Oldsmobile 442, but whatever.
