For the sake of accuracy, it should be Pz.Kpfw.IV. Panzer IV is basically just a nickname.

Aces Over Europe (1993)
Full name: Henschel Pz.Kpfw.VI 'Tiger I'

Aces Over Europe (1993)
Manufactured by (too generic for me to ID which type of Sherman it is):

M4 A1: Pressed Steel
M4 A2: Fisher
M4 A3: Chrysler

Chevrolet Caprice

Burnout (2001)
Yes, they're rare, but they still exist. Mobile has several of them for sale (Germany). They used a Caprice because they wanted to save time - instead of making a model of a European taxi such as a Mercedes-Benz or a Peugeot, they simply recoloured the already existing Caprice in the typical US yellow taxicab livery.
Horch Kfz. 15

Stuntman (2002)
The canvas roof appears to be different.
Chevrolet Caprice

Burnout (2001)
No, definitely a Caprice ... looks like a 1995-96 from here.

William Foster & Co Mk.I
Toyota Corolla

Stuntman (2002)
I have looked at them, and I choose to ignore them. Those are the most common visual things to change on a game car. The shape of the car is what counts. While we're at it, however, the taillights are in fact quite similar to those seen on 1979 only Corollas.

Toyota Corolla

Stuntman (2002)
This is a 1975-79 Toyota Corolla. The B310 Sunny is slightly similar, but the shape of the rear side window, shape of the rear end and the position of the taillights give it away.

Here, you can compare if you'd like to:
Sunny
Corolla
Suzuki Carry

Stuntman (2002)
Isn't the Libero way too small, for one thing?
Suzuki Carry

Stuntman (2002)
I'd say Hiace H100
Toyota Corolla

Stuntman (2002)
This looks nothing like a Crown either. I'd say 1992+ Toyota Corona.
Datsun Bluebird

Stuntman (2002)
It was said that it was based on a Datsun Bluebird on the page for its DRIV3R equivalent. I would say it looks more like a Bluebird here than in DRIV3R.

The front doesn't really fit, either.
Made for Game Sedan

Critical Velocity (2005)
No, it doesn't fit at all. Nice try, though.
Chrysler LeBaron Convertible

Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue (1999)
I think it looks more like a Chrysler LeBaron Convertible
Edsel Ranger

Maniac Mansion (1987)
That's the rear end of a 1959 model, not a 1958.

Cunningham T1E6

World of Tanks (2011)
I still find it questionable, because apparently there's no mention of this tank outside World of Tanks.
Made for Game Golf Cart

Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX (2000)
Looks like they took a Mini Moke and turned it into a golf-cart...
Bobcat

Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX (2000)
Yes, the unmistakable Bobcat-logo is clearly visible on the arm.
Cunningham T1E6

World of Tanks (2011)
In reality, there was never a T1E6, this must be a T1E4. If called T1E6 in-game, then it's a made for game. Wikipedia states that the manufacturer is unknown. I also think the class should be proto/concept, but that's debatable.
Edsel Ranger

Maniac Mansion (1987)
It's a low-end model, so most likely a 1958 Edsel Ranger
Ford Thunderbird

Countdown (1990)
I still say it's a Ford Fox-based set of wheels. The front sidemarkers look like Lincoln Mark VII, but the opera window is more like that of a Ford Thunderbird.
Chrysler Airflow

Agatha Christie: Dead Man's Folly (2009)
The front end is most definitely a Riley RMA or RMB, but the back and sides are inspired by a Chrysler Airflow. There's nothing Italian about this car at all.
Volvo 122

Road Rash 3-D (1998)
So? We're talking about the model name, not the engine size. In the USA it was called Austin America, regardless of engine size. Everywhere else it was called 1100/1300. If we're listing as made for USA, then the name should be changed as well, otherwise the tag serves no purpose.
Hyundai Accent

Road Rash 3-D (1998)
1995-97, to be precise
Honda CR-X

Road Rash 3-D (1998)
First MY was 1988, and this is a 1988-89 (amber turn signals)
Dodge Colt

Road Rash 3-D (1998)
Looks more like a 1989-92 Dodge Colt to me.
Toyota Truck

Road Rash 3-D (1998)
Not Hilux or Pickup. The official name in the US was Truck, and the first MY was 1984 for this gen.
Honda Accord

Road Rash 3-D (1998)
^ 1986-87 to be more specific
Chevrolet Caprice

Road Rash 3-D (1998)
Obviously not a 1987 Caprice, but a 1977-78 Caprice Classic Wagon. The sealed beam headlights, grille and bumper make this clear.
Ford Crown Victoria

Road Rash 3-D (1998)
More like a 1993-94 rather than a 1992
Mazda 323

Road Rash 3-D (1998)
If a 323 in a game set in the US, then 1981-82 GLC [BD].
Volkswagen Golf
