Now we're talking! Well, the CR-X which it's based off, I consider a coupé, since it's basically a shortened Civic with a bit more power under the hood, however, this one ... I'd call it coupé too. To be honest, if I were to call it a hatchback, I'd pronounce it hunchback intentionally :p I'm not really a fan of retro "wannabe" cars.

I really don't see why this should even really be counted as an exception. As I've understood, we all go for the rear part when classifying vehicles, and this one has a hatch and even four doors, I guess that quite clearly makes it a hatchback. Some manufacturers tend to style sedans and hatchbacks more coupe-wise in order to achieve more sales, but they sure don't fool me. This is a car database, we follow our own system, not Porsche's or anyone else's. Maybe it would be better to include a new class just for newer oddities like this one and the BMW 5 GT, for example ... no, I think it's good enough the way it is, really.

Amazon was used as a model name in Scandinavian markets. For the rest of the world, it was only a nickname. Nice example of the term Scandinavia and the rest of the world  anyway, it's a 1965-66 model. AND P130!!!

Just 1800 ES. There was never a "P1800 ES", as the P1800 was the short lived first British-made car which only came as a coupé. 1972+

This cannot be a 1980 US-spec Thing, seems the designers are playing around with random years again...

Civilian sales began in Europe and Mexico during 1971, and in the U.S. in 1972, but the model was dropped from the American lineup for 1975 as it failed to meet new, stricter, safety standards.

This is a 1979-81 Golf, not 1977, see the bumpers. The fender reflectors are like the ones of a 1975+ US Rabbit, but the bumpers are not the same. The 1979+ US Rabbits had the same bumpers, but with square headlights. I'd say this is a 1979 VW Golf I with reflectors added just to make it appear more American.

The designers obviously did not take time to check the correct model year. This is NOT a 1970. The 1970+ models had flat hubcaps and square indicators. This is a 1962-66 model, higher mounted headlights and round hubcaps.

Any reason why it's listed as made for USA? Because I don't see any reason why it should. First off, look at the wipers, they're the other way round which means this car is RHD. Secondly, the US-spec RX-3s had bigger bumpers. But it doesn't have the typical fender-mounted mirrors of Japanese Savannas, so strike that. This means the in-game car is modelled after an Australian, NZ, HK, GB or some other spec that has RHD. Anyway, back to my point, remove made for USA, please.

Or maybe some ppl down at Toyota don't know how to count. :D Anyway, I feel there should be a Prius I in the game to complete the family, you know what I mean?

In shape, resembles somewhat a Rover SD1, doorhandles are typically Citroen CX, front looks sort-of like a Peugeot 309, all-in-all reminds you a bit of other cars such as Citroen XM, Renault 25 or 21 or maybe a Nissan Skyline R30 5-door... but none of these really match. I guess it's some concept car of the 80s-90s, but for now I think M4G.
