Why do some of the vehicle names belong to two different images? Is one from the original PSP version?

Head on extra twisted edition contains two games. The original psp game and the beta of the Twisted Metal Black sequel. That's why some cars share names.

Honestly this looks more like a 68 Charger with a aftermarket Daytona kit:

This is especially more obvious on the rear section; same tail lights, same rear bumper, heck even same sort rear window placement.

I think the enzo design was always the intention as that is the design that is used during the ending cutscene,

The diablo looking model was probably an early design that got scrapped as on the ps2 it has a texture glitch that none of the other cars have.

As for the deviantart image, I don't think it's fanart. That user has another TM image on their profile of Dark Tooth that was stolen from someone who did concept art on Head On so I think it's likely that Crimson Fury image is actual concept art.

Let's take a look...
Bike you posted:
V-Twin engine, low seat, custom style bike...
Bike from the game:
4 cylinder in line, flat seat, road bike style…

So doesn't resemble at all!!!
I'm really tired to try to correct the motorcycles and everybody changing and saying the first sh*t that comes to her mind.
It makes me mad.

Firstly genius, "genious" is the incorrect spelling.

Secondly my choice was based on the fact that to me it looked like it was a v twin since the image quality isn't the best. As for the seat well I figured "it's unlicensed ergo not everything on it will be 100% accurate" for instance the front rim style comes from the Yamaha Virago. Now I can only imagine by custom you are referring to the headlight design as otherwise the bike I posted is pretty much identical to other Honda 750s except it lacks a windscreen. Now my choice for the image is simply because it was the only decent quality one I could find of this particular bike in a relatively stock fashion. Higher quality images were typically of much more customized examples.

Also typical someone is so quick to point out if something is wrong but does not present any sort of alternative only that it is WRONG.

And it's a countach QV5000

Looking at the back it does look like the 5000 QV from 1988.

As for the fender flares, you can see that some of pixels around the wheel arches are a lighter shade of blue that has been used to define the fender flares.

It's unlockable in the sense that while it is used throughout the story you don't actually get to use it outside of missions until you complete the story. It's like how in NFS Heat you drive the polestar in the first mission but it's still listed as unlockable.

Shenmue (1999)
Anachronic bikes here. Despite the game taking place in the 80s both of these bikes are from the 90s. It gets stranger because the blue bike appears to be a 1991 Cagiva C591 but with a colour scheme inspired by the number 4 Sonauto Yamaha YZR 500 from 1988. The 1 bike appears to be a 1994 Yamaha YZR 500 but with a colour scheme (and number) from Eddie Lawson's 1985 Yamaha YZR500. I guess the devs thought they could hide the fact the bikes are from the 90s by painting them like 80s bikes.

Honda NSR 500

GP-1 (1993)
The 9 bike appears to be a Honda NSR500, 11 and 7 are Yamaha YZR500s and 24 looks to be a Suzuki RGV500, all of which used in 1992.

GP-1 (1993)
I'm pretty sure all the bikes that are labeled Made for Game are actually based off the 1991 Honda NSR 250, i.e. the game cover bike.

Small edit, I was incorrect the cover bike is actually a 1991 Honda NSR500 being ridden by Mick Doohan.

They shouldn't

Props are often listed for many games. Heck look at entries that feature no playable cars. As for the cop cars I think the playable cop car models are different to the non-playable models. This is most obvious with the 300zx. The playable has a rear wing plus fender mirrors that the non-playable lacks.

When the movie launched is irrelevant the car's game model is different to the one used in the movie.

The design of the headlights for example look different on the movie car but here they are clearly based off the Jag's headlight design.
