Hey, it's the "Way 2 Fast"!
Burn Rubber wrote What the hell is a petrol sponge? O.o And yes, I'm a tree hugger. Briggs & Stratton wrote This "sponge" is used to prevent air pockets in the fuel. These air pockets are caused by equipment vibrations and can eventually lead to a condition called vaporlock. When the engine is vaporlocked, it will not be able to start.
Do you drive a petrol sponge? Cause i do :P Seriously, that's what the back plate says
Star Wars Fanatic definitely is one hell of a Tokyo, err, I, uh mean Istanbul drifter.
Hmm...no progress at all? Sheesh. Well, anti-aliasing would really help but I couldn't turn it on. One of the intro sequences is that "nVidia" clip, basically saying if you don't have a nVidia card you SUCK and you can't have it.
BeanBandit wrote Black one? Looks very much like 1978 - 79 Dodge Magnum. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Dodge_Magnum_XE_1979.jpg That's my dad's car in the image you provided He posted on Wikipedia a while ago.
Burn Rubber wrote This should have different pics like I said. The actuall car's bare minimum looks very different. This is why we need a freaking gallery page.
ACE the ultimatum wrote Tail lights of this car don't look anyhow like Skyline, but front is clearly Skyline... No. The front is more Saturn Ion than Nissan Skyline. What does make it a Skyline is the middle section.
If you described to someone pretty well on how Takumi Fujiwara's Toyota Sprinter Trueno (AE86) handled like on the road, and told them they wanted a muscle car to handle like exactly that car, this is the result. So much weight was taken out to improve it's handling it makes it a literally a waste of your time to use it in a Demolition Derby.
Wipeout 2097 refrence.
sajmon14 wrote there was no 'official' police version but I've seen few pictures of 99-04 Mustangs as cop cars Oh. I see. It would have been nice if they did that like what they did with the FOX body Mustangs. Hmm...the lightbar looks pretty close to the one ingame, but no red lights on the roof. It would have been cool if Chicago actually used these as an alternative to the Crown Victorias and Caprices at the time. -- Last edit: 2016-04-19 01:13:23
NS3730 wrote NSX concept was designed & built by Acura of the United States ...in Ohio!
Noko Tau wrote Colorado red Mach 1. Believe it or not this is a 'Bond' car. Sean Connery, Diamonds Are Forever. Although in the film they didn't have the black anti-glare patch on the hood. Missed a couple details. It didn't have a rear spoiler (by the way, that rear spoiler is NOT stock) Didn't have a front spoiler Didn't have hood pins, Obviously did not have Magnum 500 style wheels or lettered radial tires. (it had the "Ford Motor Company" hubcaps on steel wheels, bias-ply tires with a thin white stripe decoration, Didn't have the "hockey stick" stripe. Only a black lower panel with a "Mach 1" decal. Oh yeah...and you forgot this movie where the Mustang IS the star... Ahem.
Use this screenshot instead, please! XThUnDeRX wrote It works, but screenshot during race looks even better It really makes things more immersive than a simple garage shot. Unless if it's too extreme. Proof! -- Last edit: 2016-04-19 00:44:07
Burn Rubber wrote Acura HSC 100% That's not a perfect 100%. More like 70% Acura HSC, 20% ASL Garaiya JGTC, and 5% Ferrari 360 Modena.
Do these actually exist?
Waaaaaay better than a Beetle. Interior is pretty damn good, they got the steering wheel and some dashboard pieces based off of the real thing. Police bumper on a 1969 Dodge Charger is a nod to The Dukes Of Hazzard.
I want to have a Mustang to look like that! -- Last edit: 2016-04-18 22:14:45
And to this day, it remains as a ****** photo.
If this car is FWD like it was in FlatOut 2, can some one change it to a Dodge Daytona IROC?
Ugh...This is a Plymouth 'Cuda. Don't let that front end fool you.
Saturn Ion, but I think the back took some inspiration from a 2000's Ford Falcon.
Inspired by a baja truck.
Notchback Mustang, body is 1969. Judging by that spoiler, I'd say it's modeled after a Boss 302 or a Mach 1.
donkey-kong wrote 1986 Ford Taurus. Perfect.
They need the RSI back. | ||
Can we save these shots for those compilations that use the "YEAAAAAAAAAAH!" sound from the CSI:Miami intro?
Maybe we should have a "click to view" gallery. That way nobody argues over who gets to provide a screenshot. Unless if the main picture is already decided they could go in the gallery
dodge1970 wrote To me the greatest Taurus ever built was the one that wasn't built at all. Suprised to hear that from a Dodge guy... (i think you know what i mean)
My neighbor used to have a Ford Ranger Splash in red with the same exact wheels
Wait...people actually liked this thing? I sort of like it... the headlights are weird though.
They have V8 engine grills you can cook your food in. They probably use the grill from this as the grates inside
Racedriver43 wrote The file name "MarkII" leans towards the Lincoln Mark VIII. Or the grille. That's it.
AutoTracker wrote I think TRD is a nod to Toyota Racing Development, also known as TRD. Why would they do it to a Izuzu though? I think the Castrol Supra from this game is a better nod to Toyota Racing Development or TOM'S. Maybe because it smells like a bunch of turds (or TRDs)? -- Last edit: 2016-04-13 23:12:43
Racedriver43 wrote I assume you're a Ricer too? Razor440 wrote Well...that and I like the thing overall
A BMW Isetta with the dimensions and wheel positions as a Peel P50 and a Forklift Modification. Made For Game
Those headlights make it look like a Pontiac Grand Prix.
Racedriver43 wrote I wanna say the 2000s Taurus NASCAR, or the Intrepid NASCAR. Intrepid yes...But I don't think Lightning McQueen sounds like a name for a Taurus Still thinking about Charger.
So...is this the Cars version of the Sunday Cup?
Show me the taillights.
Well...that and I like the thing overall (ironically)
that green van tho | ||
"Tomber"...You mean "Timber"? give it the ol' Scandinavian Flick
I like it. | ||
Dodge Charger...? | ||
Lenny? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) | ||
Four bolt wheels, let alone those wheels on a car like that... -- Last edit: 2016-04-13 22:36:22
Really boxy version of the 1971 Plymouth GTX. |
