Much like the Cobalt Nightmare RX, the body shape of both cars are based on the McLaren F1 GTR, but the front and rear are different.
Skyline159 wrote Weirdly called Tord Ecorst RS Cusworth 4x4 in game. I assume that it was due to license issues with Ford, which could explain why.
JGTC: All-Japan Grand Touring Car Championship (1998) | Antti-san wrote Sorry for the double, but how do you unlock the two remaining cars? Just in case you don't want/have the time, I still have my copy of this game, so I could upload them too at some point. Apologies for the long wait. I was busy with other stuff, but thankfully I've got back to respond with an answer. A user named Samplegorilla actually knows to unlock two cars from the 1998 season. The answer is: "After turning on the power of the main unit, keep pressing L1, R2 on 1P, Start and Select on 2P until the first movie plays. Open the title screen and press 1P Select, △, L1, 2P Start and Select at the same time. Then, two cars that will compete in the 1998 GT Championship will be available." -- Last edit: 2023-08-05 21:09:03
JGTC: All-Japan Grand Touring Car Championship (1998) | Antti-san wrote First, thanks for finishing this game, I didn't realise there were so many unlockables in the game back when I uploaded my pics. Secondly, will you still add those two bonus cars? I'll probably get the chance to unlock two more cars.
Nicky Hayden GP (2006) | Wait, why is Portugal using the Jerez layout? The developers could have used the Estoril circuit layout for Portugal.
ADVAN Racing (1998) | There's also a unlockable track: OVL-Speedway (Twin Ring Motegi Super Speedway).
Silnev wrote Sorry, the black bars on the side look a bit suspect, and lately we've had a few people submit screenshots from youtube videos. Hope you understand. Alright, I understand that. Next time, I'll crop the black bars so the screenshot might be look like from in-game.
Silnev wrote Which youtube video did you get this from? Actually, I played the game and completed the Scenario mode, thought I've never got a YouTube video to take a screenshot.
This is one of the unlockables after you complete the Scenario.
How do I unlock the car? | ||
Vxctec wrote Renault was forced to leave the US market because of the fact that AMC couldn’t be bothered to sell their cars and instead make their own, the Eagle Premier was given up by Chrysler, affecting them and their sales even more. I don’t see why this would be in a US based game. Then, we've got Peugeot in Underground.
Vxctec wrote By fair means, people are able to customize/bring racing vehicles into street races. Well, Razor's BMW M3 GTR is one of the examples.
Racer (2000) | Daboi492 wrote Shinyodd returned after 20 months to post about this game and where the developer went The developer also commented on his recent video.
So, the team named Team Muraichi Kamei actually used the Skyline GTS-R, and competed in the 1996 JGTC Championship. preview.redd.it/n8ozer5f19b61.jpg?auto=webp&s=ddd72f086616448eca99e798748911e6f353a4ca
Not gonna lie, looks like it got the grille from a BMW.
Zen Nihon GT Senshuken Max Rev (1997) | What happened to the cars that are from the 2nd Disc of the game? I was about to add two more cars I found from the 2nd Disc. -- Last edit: 2022-11-17 00:53:15
The car is also seen in a rolling start during the Championship mode.
Honestly, the car looks pretty good in my opinion.
This car actually has the 666 number as I found out in the game.
The Lark McLaren F1 is also seen in the intro.
Seen in the intro of the game.
This car is seen in the opening of the SNES version.
Option Tuning Car Battle 2 (1999) | There are also tuned cars in the game.
I'm assuming that this could be a Porsche.
International Rally (1999) | All 14 cars are done.
Apparently, this Silvia is actually the Daishin Silvia which competed in the 1997 season. -- Last edit: 2022-11-01 21:59:45
The MX-5 JGTC at the right, actually competed in the 1997 JGTC season, and it was also seen in the Ending credits. external-preview.redd.it/n5QL6uHlOmmkiJgAZJhzg1_MVT1wOhc4es2tBR-srTU.jpg?auto=webp&s=b8f94ec6a25b516d45355f7d1182c401e5621273 -- Last edit: 2022-11-01 21:21:08
Seen at the ending of the game.
For those know, this is a AI AUTO GAB Porsche 911 GT2. And just in case, this car is seen in the CGI cutscene after winning six races in the GT300 Championship before the last race at Motegi. -- Last edit: 2022-10-31 21:47:25
For some reason why the wrecked car in one of the stages, is listed as a Pajero, is due to the car, which looks the same as the one which is playable in the game. (Yes, the paintjob of the wrecked car is familiar to the playable Pajero, notice the rear closely).
Apparently, this truck has a Wako's trailer on it.
This car is seen in the car selection of the GT class. It's also unplayable too.
JGTC: All-Japan Grand Touring Car Championship (1998) | I wonder what are the two more special cars in the game after I already added eight bonus cars. Oh wait, the two bonus cars are revealed to be the ones from the 1998 season: Arta Skyline Apex DL Momo Course MR2 -- Last edit: 2022-11-07 22:06:14
I think the livery looks similar to the Diac Renault Megane Maxi.
For some reason why it is a Ford Louisville, it's because I discovered that a poster of the 1996 Sugo race in the JGTC season, actually includes the truck with the name of it: pbs.twimg.com/media/FeEtPSkXwAMXP_7?format=jpg&name=large
Team Name: Team TMS | ||
This is the third Castrol Tom's Supra in the game.
This is the Alpha Computer Porsche.
J's Racin' (1997) | There are also the cars that are only available in the Grand Prix mode of the game.
Another Castrol Tom's Supra is added. The number of the car is 37.
Actually, it looks like a Dodge Viper Defender.
It could be a Peugeot E-Legend because of the rear lights.
Victor_2003 wrote The design is similar. I can agree. It does look similar to the C-X75 because of the design.
Silnev wrote That's not a Lancia concept car. Oh
Skyline159 wrote Lancia Delta Concept Car, I'm sure. True, I'll change it.
It's the Lancia Delta Concept Car. Take a look at this. www.motorage.it/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Lancia-Delta-2017-Evoluzione-GT.jpg
Looks like the RR7 Soldat Crinale.
The Crinale in RR7 reminds me of the three Bugatti-lookalikes: The 2000 Audi Rosemeyer The Bentley Hunaudieres concept And the Bugatti Veyron. Perhaps I'd say it looks like a Bentley Hunaudieres, even though the headlights were similar to the TVR Speed 12.
Automotive Gaming wrote for me think its umlaut coup There is no Umlaut.
Konkordski wrote the game was first released on december 1998. that panoz was first debuted on april 1999. it doesn't look like an esperante lmp-1. and it's more of a gt car than an lmp car. The game was further released in the next year in Europe and North America. |
