No, it's most likely an SLR McLaren, it's got an Italian number plate, which could refer to the Italy being the place where the SLR McLaren was built.

It is a 2003 Honda HSC concept, all Criterion R cars are 2003 Honda HSC concept, can't be McLaren F1, because the car is a 2 seater with the steering wheel on the right, so could somebody change the name to 2003 Honda HSC concept please.
