Just a strange easter egg in the game. The r30 and R30M are unlocked by beating wanderers Healthy Hero and Gold License, I don't remember which one drives which. On further inspection this spoiler seems to serve as an in game reference to seibu keisatsu, a Japanese tv show. My father loved that show. | |
