It was made about 2 kilometers from my flat, my grandpa (R.I.P.) made parts for it in LIAZ :D
It means LIberecké Automobilové Závody, translated as Liberec Car Factory (it is strange, because whole factory is in Jablonec)
Nowadays, LIAZ is out of bussnies (about 20 years) and whole factory is separated between several smaller companies
There is also a Tedom bus factory, where my dad works - they were making motors for bus Tedom, but about 3-4 they arent making buses anymore, they are making generators instead
