Error in the game--this is a '69. The '68 was way different.
Volkswagen Rabbit

Forza Motorsport 5 (2013)
The US did not get the GTI until 1983, some 7 years after Europe. By that time, the Rabbit had been facelifted with square headlights. When the base Rabbit debuted in the '70s, it shared round headlights with the European Golf.
Dodge Charger

Forza Motorsport 5 (2013)
The Chevelle is awful, but they did catch some things like the fender vents on the Nova and the stripes on the '70 Z28.

Still this ugly thing...at least they could have found a version with rounded headlights.

Where? We never got that one here. This is the GTI I remember from the '80s.

Note the active aero in a 2003 game. It would be another 8 years before the Forza franchise added this feature.

McLaren F1 LM

Test Drive Unlimited (2006)
This & the Zonda Roadster were only obtainable in the very early days of the game. The initial copies had codes printed inside the manual. You had to link up with someone else who also had a code, redeem them both on a website, and then you and the other person would both receive the McLaren and the Zonda. Needless to say, they are very rare.

how and where do you get that code for that car.

It's being sent in marketing emails from Microsoft to the address linked to your gamertag. So far, it appears to possibly be USA-only...

On top of that, this "Extreme" version is fictional, thought up in Sweden by the minds at Simbin.
