Even though it has been removed from all areas of the story mode, has been replaced as a rival car, and consequently never appears as a prize car, I can confirm that it does randomly appear in the Used Car Shop! I don't know whether Konami intended this to happen, or whether it was an oversight when they were regionalizing the game. Either way, bonus! | |
