Automotive Gaming wrote Lmao, GroupB even replaced old Burn rubber pics with his own pics, even considering I've left a clearly visible comment here with a replacement pic way before he replaced BR pic Your pic is clearly watermarked as property of another site
OK, fixed. | ||
Has this picture been fixed yet? I can barely tell the difference, but we are looking for stock on this page.
Corrected model name to S660
If you're aware of what a GTHO Phase IV is/was, you know it only came as a 4-door.
It's a '72, due to the one-piece turn signals.

Burn Rubber wrote The normal TXR series didn't, it used chassis codes. Which I believe is what he is referring to. Still, the TXRD games did used licensed cars in all versions. TXR3 used licensed cars, as did ITC. Only the early games used the chassis code workaround.
Razor440 wrote Hot Wheels called the blowerless version Dixie Challenger. It was wrong then, it's wrong now.
Razor440 wrote I don't see why one would argue over this car in the first place...Tokyo Xtreme Racer has mostly unlicensed versions of real cars. All the Kaido games used licensed cars.
It's not up for debate. Confirmed as a Levin long ago.
Razor440 wrote Based on a Dodge Challenger, not a Charger. Not true. It's always been a Charger SE with the 3 opera windows.
You don't have to put H/T as part of the name. It's just an abbreviation for hardtop.
It's a '67-'72 Ford F-Series. Surprising the percentage of wrong answers that turn up on a forum dedicated to identifying cars.
Automotive Gaming wrote This one looks correct, it has pre-facelift tail lights so it is not a 2004 (the listing must be fixed). The Del Sol was correct too in FM1, then it got screwed since FM2. It's not 11 overall, but 9: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=12380 It's called a 2004 in FM1. Either way, it's never been quite right in some areas. Little details--has the Honda name spelled out on the tailgate, which the real car did not. Also has a standard H logo rather than the red one used on the Type R.
Automotive Gaming wrote True! Well, it's not the first time such mash-ups happen in Forzas at the end, nothing really surprising. And the fact Turn10/PG didn't even bother to fix it in 6 years is not surprising aswell: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=98193 6? Try 11. www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=61410
Google 2001-2006 Chrysler Sebring sedan. The roofline is lifted directly from it.
Regardless of color, this is a Fury. Belvedere had different trim inside and out.
There's no need for a chassis code. All generations of CV used the Panther platform.
She also pronounced it SS-Eye in Forza 5, when it's actually SS-One. There was also an SS-II...just a little basic research would have told T10 that.
Speedevil wrote Nope, they also removed SS-I from this car. In the menu, it's just called 2003 Celica. For some reason it also doesn't have a Toyota badge, as you can see. The dumbest part is they had the narration lady call it a "Celica Super Sport"...but the SS in the Celica's case stood for Super Strut. Idiots.
Microsoft pinned the blame on GM, but the fact is that once Xbox Live expanded into new countries, including Israel, this policy went into effect and the cars were altered from previous games. You do the math.
JFK wrote And no cars from brand that won RAC Rally 17 years in a row are not playable in any game to my knowledge. World is not fair, just go with it. Class wins maybe, but not overall victory.
This probably shouldn't be listed as a Ferrari. While Ferrari officially endorsed the road version, they refused to allow their name on the racing version shown here and would not support it with factory parts.
enzo96 wrote Why the roof is in black? It was an option.
carcrazedalex586 wrote The funny thing is that the emblem on the back still says "Axela" even if Kaido Racer calls it a Mazda 3 on the license plate, text or whatever. These games were localized as budget titles, and the work was minimal at best, and shoddy at worst. Remember that TXR3 was broken due to a localization error.
Suppresed wrote This is a Bluebird. Or datsun 510 AKA 1600 coupe It's not a Bluebird. It was sold in some markets as a 510, but the JDM name is Violet. EDIT: Apparently the 2-door sedan shown here was not sold in Japan, and was primarily for the North American market, so this is a Datsun 510. Not the classic 510, but the USA remake designed to cash in on the famous name. -- Last edit: 2016-07-29 02:39:41
The truth is, many people feel that the spoiler ruins the purity of the original design. The pre-bodykit Countachs are worth the most.
This looks to be based on the Australian Valiant Charger:
carcrasher88 wrote Well, take a look at Buick brand sales in recent years, and you'll see how keeping them around has payed off for GM. In 2009, post-bankruptcy Buick had it's lowest sales point in a long time, selling only 102,306 cars in the US. The next year, sales were up over 50,000, or at least 50%, selling 155,389 Buicks in the US. Since then, the sales increases haven't been as big as from 2009 to 2010, but they've been very consistent. 2010 to 2011? Up just over 22,300. 2011 to 2012? Up nearly 7,000, a rather slow but still improving year for the marque. 2012 to 2013? A bigger gain than 2011, up over 25,000 in 2013. 2013 to 2014? Up over 23,000. 2015 was a bit of a decrease for Buick, down from 228,963 in 2014 to 223,055. Down, but certainly still good sales number and up nearly 121,000 compared to 2009. Through the first 6 months of 2016, they've sold 104,207, including 4,071 Cacsadas and 1,526 Envisions. Buick's US sales are irrelevant. The brand was spared during bankruptcy proceedings solely because it sells nearly a million cars in China every year.
It's a '69. Both the 500 and the Daytona were released in '69.
It's Toshi Arai's Spike Impreza, which Prodrive sometimes ran as a third car.
Unbelievably, managed to score one of these NZ-only codes. According to the person I got it from, only 5000 were issued, and the promotion was somewhat of a disaster.
At one point, the Forza series also had some cars with alcohol & cigarette liveries. They have since been censored in later releases.
Burn Rubber wrote Cigarette and Alcohol logos have been banned in video games since I believe the early 90's. SR2 had the full Martini liveries. igcd.net/game.php?id=10000107

Yes, the Hiace is a troll car in this game. It dominates the lower TA classes, but it is also harder to drive effectively due to it not having a hood. Drifting is all about zone placement in this game.
speedfreak975 wrote What is this Forza tuning ? Do you change engines or basically fusions like cards Parts-based. There are 7 slots for parts, and parts can be leveled up.
