Actually, what if we just had had a star that said "Playable under special conditions"? This would also cover the very small number of vehicles which are only playable in alpha or beta versions of games (like the Panto and School bus in GTAIII), the vehicles that are only playable on certain consoles(like the vehicles from GTA IV downloadable packs USED to be). Then on the comment section of each vehicle, the uploader would post the requirements to use the vehicle.I know it take some work, but we would have all cars listed with that one, no more stars would be required, that´s for sure. EDIT: It would make more sense to list it as a Festiva, cosidering this game takes place in New York City, but yes, the Festiva is basically just a slightly altered Mazda 121/Kia Pride. It is seen in the Pier 19 section of the map by the side closest to where the cargo ship comes eventually in the beginning of the game, and on the side closer to where the speed boat arrives later in the game.
