The country squire is from 1973+ while the game is set in 1968 (I know video games aren't always accurate though). The country squire also has a very different roofline from this, with a thicker C pillar, a much thinner C pillar, and a rounded roof end above the hatch rather than the crease seen here. The wood paneling is very different and this car has obvious tail fins while the Ford does not.

I don't know what this is but it's not a mid seventies Country Squire.

For now Country Squire is the closest mathch I can find.
