Oh well, as I said, Volkswagen color theme, but van itself is based off something American. Although looking at the front grill at the bumper level, it reminds me a bit of the Tempo Viking.
Hmm, yup, looks to be based on the Volkswagen Beetle, although the front looks like it's from the Citroen 2CV.
Uhh, I find it very hard to believe it's a BMW of any type. The car seems more like something Italian, or something from the Soviet Union.
Retr0_50s wrote This looks more like a karrier bf Very close, one thing for sure is that this van is definitely something British. The British always did these kind of designs on their vans.
EnZo96 wrote Stop guessing ffs, this is %100 made for game as it has a mashup of many cars, it doesn’t resemble just one car as a whole Uh, it bears strong resemblance to a Porsche, so I highly doubt it's a "Made for game" car (otherwise, what is the purpose of this site?). "Made for game", or unknown, a car is obviously designed with inspiration of a car which exists irl. So I would disagree with you, because this car is supposed to be a Porsche, but the the front of something Japanese, whilst with rear of a an Audi. Also notice the high quality-looking wheels? So many characters in common with Porsche. What's all the confusion about? Let's just conclude that it's a Porsche. enough said! LOL
Cab made me think of Mitsubishi Fuso Canter, but upon closer look, it could be an Isuzu... either of the two.
Looks like a Japanese bus, could be a Toyota or a Nissan, either of the two I've heard of.
Something about the design made me think of the Iveco Massif. The wheels look like they're from some American pickup. Otherwise I can agree that it's dimension is similar to that of the TRECOL. -- Last edit: 2018-02-24 05:06:40
The red color theme with black parts, indicates to me that it's likely to be based off a Massey Ferguson. Although it looks like the wheels and base of the combine, are from a construction vehicle.
Hmm, judging by the color theme, the yellow bottom could indicate the combine harvester is based on some John Deere, with purple (and red front) added as part of the modifications. The red front is likely blood.
Hmm, from what I can see, it reminds me a bit of the Citroen Mehari, but initially I was thinking of an army Volkswagen vehicle from WW2, which were based on the same chassis as the VW Beetle.
Yup, except the grill looks more like it's from a Vauxhall, and the interior reminds me more of the new Opel Insignia...
Definitely a Ford Explorer, but the front reminds me more of the Ford Ranger (North American version). The overall dimension, plus looking at the SUV from the rear, reminds me of the Jeep Wagoneer, just curvier.
Yup, sure looks like a Jeep wrangler, it's just that initially, the front design reminded me more of the Mercedes G-class... and something about the interior reminds me of some Toyota Land Cruiser... hehe
The overall dimension and design reminds me of some Porsche, perhaps a Panamera or something. Rear strongly reminds me of an Audi. Interior... Dunno, but it reminds me of something Japanese. I can tell it's majorly based on some Porsche, with Audi rear, but front headlights and design make it seems somewhat Japanese, I can't seem to think of a brand... perhaps Nissan? Toyota? Subaru?
Mathias98 wrote I don't think it's based on anything European. Dinka is Honda/Acura in the GTA Universe and the Chavos is partially based on Nissan and Mitsubishi models. I think that's enough to call it Japanese. It might have some similarity to a Lancia, but "similar to X" is not the same as "based on X". Hmm, good point actually. I would conclude this car is Italian-Japanese. Because you are correct, but at the same time (based on my experience with cars and my enthusiasm/knowledge), I can directly point out some Italian traits on the body, and the front is telling my Peugeot 406, that's just what I see. Japanese cars of this size are generally built with a bit of "chubbiness" on the sides. Whereas the car in the picture looks somewhat thin in design, and clearly a front wheel drive, which is a common design I've seen among French and Italian cars... But we can agree things, and that is the car has Japanese traits (as well as Italian and Peugeot traits), and that it's certainly not a Honda Accord. This car looks nothing like a Honda Accord, because Accords are slightly chubbier in design and the rear wheels wouldn't be too far end, the'd be slightly closer, under the C-pillar. Although now that you've made me think about, if this were to be a car in real life, I would for some reason, picture Nissan building something like this...
Mathias98 wrote I partially agree with you. The rear is indeed based on a Lancer Evo 8, not an Acura TL. But the front is a Silvia S14, not a Peugeot 406. And Lancia sides? That's very unlikely. I think the Chavos is just a generic Japanese sedan. Well... I saw the pictures of the Silvia S14, and I have to say: 50/50. I can't agree with you, but at the same time you're not wrong. I can't agree with you because the badge front of Silvia S14, is located on the bonnet, whereas in this picture, the car has it's front badge on the grill, typical to that of the Peugeot 406. But you're not wrong in guessing either, because the angry-looking front does resemble the Silvia S14 a bit. Frankly speaking, I wouldn't say this car is even Japanese (except the Mitsubishi rear), I'd say this car looks more Italian with a Peugeot 406/Silvia S14 front. The body of the strongly reminds me of something Italian, like a Lancia or Maserati Quattroporte IV (fourth generation, from the late 1990s).
Rear portion looks like a BMW X5, but front is definitely a Mercedes ML-class.
I must say this car doesn't seem Honda-like/Acura-like in any way in my opinion. The front strongly resembles a Peugeot 406, the side reminds me of some Lancia, but the rear is definitely from the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. So what if Peugeot doesn't sell cars in the USA, that this car cannot be Peugeot? I seem to recall that the developers of GTA are pretty multicultural, so obviously some European developers integrated their ideas in the car designs. There are some cars in GTA that resemble Lancia's, yet Lancia never sold cars in the USA, at least not in the 80s, 90s and then on. So really it doesn't matter if a car is sold in the USA or not. What matters is the car is to be identified, with accuracy, and the closest I can see is Peugeot at the front, Lancia side, and Mitsubishi rear. Please remove Honda Accord, it's definitely not one. -- Last edit: 2018-02-20 03:59:28
Overall body shape reminds me of some old Chevrolet Astro, with grills of something else.
Headlights look like they're from some Mercedes.
Front reminds me more of some Maruti/Suzuki small 4x4. The rest of the body reminds me more of the Jeep Liberty than wrangler. The only thing that would make people think it's a wrangler, would be it's overall appearance and looks from the distance.
Looks like something Dutch, or Belgian to me.
Reminds me of some old Iveco Daily.
Front makes me think more of Mitsubishi Triton/L200.. or at least reminds me of it. I'd have to agree the rest of the body would be a Volkswagen Amarok, but with sharper edges in design.
Nice, it's got wheels from a sport car it seems.
Yup, it does look Mercedes-ish. Although the side windows remind me of some Van Hool. Funny a bus like this comes with Fiat wheels. lol
Can confirm, it's a Scania, although I'm a bit curious as to what a truck like that would be doing there... At Indonesia, a truck this size would usually be an Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, or at cases an old Mercedes or Volvo... Oh well, either it's just me not knowing somethings, or it may be game location inaccuracy. Not a big deal, just thought I'd point it out, because at the part of the world, Japanese brand trucks are more common to find, but a European truck, especially a Scania, not something I'm informed about.
I was thinking of Subaru coupe...
carcrasher88 wrote I was thinking more of a Scania, with the vertical intakes on the sides of the front. Oh yeh! True!
If that were a truck irl, I'd say it closely resembles an Iveco.
Could be based on the same chassis as the Buick Regal, in other words, Opel Insignia. From seeing this picture, the body dimension and design is so similar to that of an Opel Insignia. The rear side portion looks like an old Astra a bit.
M@xtimot wrote The devs are French so there's a high chance for this car to be an european car despite the US east coast setting. Ah well there we go! So it's got to be a Peugeot. Peugeot and Citroen (PSA group) did actually have some activities in North America, but their activities ended there by the mid 1980s, after that they abandoned the North American market (although they still remain in activity, at Mexico).
Looks like a tank with the wheel base of an offroader.
Wheels look like they're from the 2010+ Ford Transits (recent models).
Woah, riot vehicle or zombie mobile?! Looks cool hehe
Uhh, doesn't look like anything big or luxurious (if it were to be a car irl). It reminds me of some sort of Peugeot, from the 1970s or 1980s... Peugeot is the first thought I have when seeing this picture.
Could be a Harley Davidson soft tail, from what I think (my knowledge of motorbikes is not strong). -- Last edit: 2018-02-17 15:17:03
Jeep Renegade is the closest I can think of. Although something about the the design, reminds me of the 2nd generation Daewoo Korando. At very first glance I actually thought of a Toyota FJ cruiser. But upon looking at the photo, clearly nothing like an FJ cruiser, in any ways.
uhh, front grill reminds me of what I usually have seen on Nissan Pickups. But since it's a coupe... it looks like something American made, from the 1980s.
Front looks like some Chrysler from the late 1990s or 2000s.
I dunno if it's only me, but every time I see a truck like this, I always have Isuzu ringing a bell. Maybe I'm just used to seeing their small/mid sized trucks.
Tells me of some Ford F150 single cab.
Front reminds me of the first generation Audi Q7.
Some Daihatsu? | ||
Something about the front looks like an imitation of the Toyota Avensis...
Looks like a Tata Indica.
side rear reminds me of Mercedes GLC
Konkordski wrote yes. 1.bp.blogspot.com/-m_VF0siHcH8/T5zdF-zbk9I/AAAAAAAACRc/H7QujPS-r8s/s1600/R33GTR+1997+version10.jpg i think the car behind it is a bmw 3 series (e36) I would say old Volkswagen Golf, looks carefully at the grill and wing mirror, they don't seem BMW-ish.
It just reminded me of the Citroen Citirama bus... Just very modernized, with a Neoplan skin. |
