The shape of the sides makes me think to a Jensen-Healey: www.motorsnaps.com/d/14527-4/1975+Jensen+Healey+Convertible.jpg BUT: I still see a lot of Jaguarish elements. XJ-S, E-Type and XJ-C. Maybe it is just a pastiche of two door Jags? Most of these cars (Spitfire, Jensen-Healey, Lotus etc) with the exception of the Jaguars and especially the Elan are tiny. Short and low.
