In game, it has a 63 kW engine, like the '34 Ford V8. But the '33 Ford only had 56 kW, so this "Smith" is a '34 Ford and not a '33 ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Model_B_(1932)#Model_18 )

@Skid is maybe right, because the Beta version of this car was named "Delizia 410 Grand American": mafiagame.wikia.com/wiki/Delizia_Grandeamerica . But the final version is so different to the beta, it seems to have been hybrided with 50s Alfa Romeo Giulietta spiders or Lancia Aurelia B24 Americas...

It's called the Smith Custom 200 Police in the english version. Anyway, It's a 57' Ford Custom 200, the Mainline name was phased out in 56': en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Mainline

Also, it doesn't show up until the chapters set in 1951, so it should be marked as unlockable.
