This is a Continental, not a Town Car. Town Car never had hidden headlights. (Unless you consider the Town Car trim level on the Continental)

EDIT: Actually, negate my hasty edit. It's actually a 1980 Continental Mark VI sedan, as it doesn't have any amber-colored lights.

This is a 1990 - 1992 model, judging by the composite headlights, which would make it a Brougham, not a Fleetwood Brougham, as the Fleetwood name was removed from the model between 1987 and 1992.
