Yeah the game is set at night and you can't get better in-game pics. The game files say it's a M5 and I wouldn't take the version guesses by the in-game name. Also in the game it sounds more like non-V8 so let's just keep it as M5

MC2 also has Dawn and Dusk.

this car is one of if not the fastest car in the game. the speed however comes at a high cost as the car cant turn for jack-$h1t. i recommend using this car for straight line type races so the car can use all of its speed.

Thanks for the pic, sajmon14
Ingame pics aren't very helpful, so after looking at your pic I can agree about it being mainly an E34 but with E38 influences too:
- Front bumper:

s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/07/ff/27/07ff277a806978c8f5c06fb3264cbc05.jpg
- Double exhaust pipes
- Missing trunk tail lights
- The car being a V8

I think it can be listed as an M5 even if the E34 M5 never had a V8 engine:

- It doesn't have trunk secondary tail lights like E34 ones, so it's more like E38.
- It is too long for being an E34.
- I repeat, the E34 only had a single exhaust pipe, while the E38 had two pipes like the car in this game:

Ok mate:

- Tail ights are definitely from E34, positive. Sorry
- Look at the side shape and the position of the door-handles - it's definitely E34 and no E38, again upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/96/BMW_Series_5_Old_Model_red_hr.jpg
- The E38 never had the four exhausts, too - the one in the picture you posted is an Alpina, and not a standard E38

- Tail lights are closer to E38 ones
- Whole car lenght and proportions are closer to E38
- It has double sided exhausts and the E34 never had them, while the E38 did.

You know, when a game doesn't have licensed cars, the developers can't make them 100% accurate so they need to confuse things a bit. Sometimes more than a bit.

The car is a JDM Integra I'll admit. (BR actually agreeing with something? Is this real?)

But it makes no sense why devs would base it off the JDM model when it was driven in L.A.....

Also the Lexus GS300 is driven in Tokyo but it's a Lexus GS300 and not a Toyota Aristo. Doesn't matter the place where the car is driven, the design matters.
