(It's the only car like this in the entire game.) You can change the colors and vinyls, but not any of the body parts. You unlock it in a tournament in Detroit. An interesting, but strange addition to the game. |

Usually that includes modification to vehicle lighting, grilles, and other vents. In this case, it's not as modified. The only apparent changes to the badgeless texture is that it was placed on a mesh (the structure underneath the texture) that is a bit wider, so it's not in proper proportion, along with non-Crown Comfort wheels. |
