This thing would have been put as unknown if there's no single reference to Mitsubishi Lancer Evo... the shape doesn't looks like a Lancer to me

I would say it would be a modernized and improved version of the 2006 game. I don't know how to get the old version of the game. The modern version is easier to download as it can be found on Softonic available.

The front end reminds me of a Fiat Grande Punto.
The funny thing about this car is that its main sponsor is FMC. It may be another company, but FMC is the acronym for Ford Motor Company.

Seat Cordoba WRC? Because seen what has been seen, the main sponsor is Cordo Martorell. And SEAT has its factory in Martorell, so you could assume that it is a SEAT Cordoba WRC, since Cordo is a shortening of the Cordoba.
