Forgot this was on the site. I really hope they also include the more original looking one. I felt the white was classy, compared to the red and all the chrome parts that were added much later in its life.

Well in the gameplay video it was shown that you can change the color of the interior and exterior. So they probably included the original paint job for the car.

Agree with these folks :B That looks like a Model A body. so.. Model B ingame.. damn mafia why did you have to do that to the names.
so a 27? wonder what they are going to call it tho. Bolt, Smith, Something new. can't seem to keep company names consistent two games in a row so ya :B

Makes me wonder if they will use a flat nose coupe or not this time around or go for the later ones.
Was trying to work out if this one is a coupe. Kinda looks like it. but its very hard to tell.

Well, now that we got the front shot of the car I think it's safe to say that the car is more Cadillac V16 452 Speedster/Lassiter V16 Roadster, than Auburn.

This one is really strange. If you take a look at the gameplay you can see it's actually something pretty much like the truck-sized delivery van. Definitely bigger than Ford Panel Vans from that era for example. For some reason, the front looks to me pretty much like the 1931 Mack 6-BK-3S, even though it's a bus.

For a long time there's been a dispute as to whether this car is the Celeste (Mercedes) or the Trautenberg (Duesenberg). I still strongly lean towards this being the Mercedes, because the body shape resembles it. I think much of the confusion, funny enough, is coming from the car's color. In the original the Trautenberg Model J was only available in red, and the Celeste only in white (and brown, but it's impossible to find the car in that color on the road. I think that the rear of the car and its silhouette more closely matches up to the Celeste, so I am hesitant to call this car a Duesenberg, of which the Trautenberg is the in-game counterpart.

Ok, maybe the car in the trailer is not a Bruno and is a Lassiter. A new car not remastered from the old game.

Yeah, it may be just that
I did some better research and it's rear does look like that of Auburn. Just not the one which you attached, but this one:

i.pinimg.com/originals/50/20/27/5020271be7fc7eea9262cde86a01d231.jpg

But, it still has a baggage door of the Cadillac, the distinct spare wheel holder Auburn lacks, the Cadillac wheel arches and it lacks Auburn's engine tubes.
So I lean to it being a fuse of both.

Sorry, but my opinion still stands.
Even on your picture you can clearly see the Auburn lacks both of the features I mentioned (The spare holder with a mirror and rear baggage door)
Also If you compare it to original Mafia Lassiter the placement of taillights is in the place between wheel arches and the tail. Like original Lassiter, not Auburn. (Although original Bruno also had them this way to be fair)
The space between rear bumper and the tail is just exactly like original Lassiter, and it also has no Auburn's "waves" on the space between tail and wheel arches
See for yourself here:

vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/mafiagame/images/c/c6/Lassiter_V16_Roadster_Rear.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20100704091053

And it also has separated wheel arches without the connecting stepping platform Auburn/Bruno has, just like original Lassiter and Cadillac Roadster:

sun1-21.userapi.com/Bz7v4fc_hQmKqmXojC2mO1BB4Uvm-gHEOLekuQ/-Iu_FAy-kiQ.jpg

Not Auburn, it's a Lassiter/Cadillac.

I apologize If some of my explanations sound unintuitive, English is not my native language, I tried my best.

I have to completely disagree on it being Auburn, for me a couple of things obviously give it out as a Cadillac
Original Mafia had no such color scheme for Auburn, however green & black was the only color scheme the Cadillac had
The distinct rear baggage door is present on the Cadillac, but is absent on Auburn
Also Auburn lacks the obviously present spare wheel holder with a mirror on it

Shubert is Chevrolet in the game, so it´s a 1936 Chevrolet Master.
Maybe in the game some cars from GM like Oldsmobile represent Shubert but the Series L and Master are so similars, except from the side body hood, the Chevy are more alike.

What? The game is based on the 30´s, the Ford F100 or Chevy Step Van do not exist yet.
It´s a Chevy Truck from 1930, Model CB 1/2 Ton Panel Delivery Truck or maybe other model like AD with a bigger panel. Just look at the strip that separates the front of the truck door.
