Considering all the cars featured in this game have their fake names sound similar or in some cases blatantly sound like their real world counterpart, I don't think it's meant to be a Stutz.
However I think it's meant to be a Velie, specifically this one:

The "112" is a reference to the emergency telephone number for European countries, just as "911" is to the United States.
That's kinda clever. It's a pity the developer didn't bother to think of better fake names for the other cars in this game, like the "Pontiak Bunneville".
