2020-11-03 23:33 | Looking at the new higher quality images, there is absolutely NO VinFast in here. It's an updated version of the Talos model from the first two titles, made to look more like a newer Edge Vignale (Euro-market exclusive) with some slight Lincoln cues.

Hyde park isn't featured, as well as Canary Wharf. Think of it like a Rockstar map-they didn't create an exact copy of LA, but Los Santos still feels like LA. 2020-11-02 00:11 | That's all too strange - Centaurus was not a thing at all in WD2, and the Talos was Brubeck-made, and the other vehicles they had were the Sunrim and the 550S. The former got the EV treatment, while sadly, the 550S was gone after the orig. Watch Dogs.

2020-11-01 22:27 | Strange...it's listed in-game as a Matarhorn...yet there's clearly a Brubeck Engines 'B' on the front grille. Maybe it's built by Brubeck for Matarhorn? Perhaps Brubeck doesn't sell in the UK market, as far as in-game lore goes, so their products are sold under different brands in the UK? Smaller, more civilian products sold under the Centaurus brand (anything currently listed as a Talos is actually a Centaurus, with Talos being part of the model name), and larger, more commercial oriented machines sold as Matarhorn? But then a machine similar to this in WD2 was simply branded as a Matarhorn, no sign of Brubeck identification. Strange. But this all does have me theorizing that Brubeck, Centaurus, and Matarhorn are all owned by a single parent company, or Matarhorn has a deep alliance with Brubeck.

The point is that they took a mini and took some influence from those cars you mentioned in making it look unlicensed. Of course another connection could be made that it's called the Bogen 25, and the modern Mini in the same game is called the Bogen 50. That seems pretty deliberate to be honest.
