It's Bosozoku, and yes, that's exactly what it is. Not really many of these customized in this style in real life, usually it's HiAces that get these modifications. Still, pretty cool looking.

See, Im skeptical. When I first saw it I thought it was a 7 series as well, especially from the front. But playing the game, it looks to me more like a Mercedes instead, Kind if a cross between a W126 and a W123 especially when adding the Coolness which makes the car a wagon. The front is very much a 7 series.
