Ah there's a confusion, Rule 3f is meant for excluding modded vehicle, and 2D art of vehicles that weren't designed by the dev (tho this one is p-much ignored ironically), vehicles from third party modelers but picked by the dev (or issued by the editor) are valid, just it wasn't really a thing back then. Funnily enough, searching 3D Scania Firetruck returns a higher-poly model suggesting it's a 94D-260. Not sure on the livery, but it's closest to Merseyside Fire and Rescue |
