The description is definitely lying. Steam cars were around in the 18th century, afaik. This car shown is certainly not a steam car.

Last time I checked, Black Cabs come from London (and the description says it's a London one), and they DON'T use Volkswagens.

They use the signature Austin FX4, the modernized London Taxi International Fairway, TX1, and beyond.

Additionally, the text says that the drivers are bad tempered. Is this true?

Beetle production in Germany ended in 1979 and continued in Mexico until 2003. So considering this car's model year, its model origin should be Mexico.

And might I add, the Beetle never became a hatchback until 1998.
