Surprised nobody has added it yet, looked it up and it was added to the game, so I do not know if it should class as DLC or not? Now all we need is different engine types, would be interesting if they added things such as diesel and hybrid cars. |

I would label it as made for game since it doesn't have a single identity. Doesn't look to be based on the Insignia alone, to be really honest.
