The design of this bus is exactly based on this: www.mytourismguide.com/images/nyc-double-decker-bus-tour.jpg However there is no real-life model that looks like it, so I would say Made For Game in this case.

Obviously there is a Civic coupe, but this was clearly never intended to be one. Just a badly edited version of the original Civic hatchback model. Very nice limo!!
