This vehicle is listed under "sea plane" despite fitting in the "flying car" category. I'll need to give it a try in the game, but if we cant land it and drive on the road, then it ain't a car.

It is a taxi car indeed (there's the taxi topper). I can also tell from the taillights colour scheme that it's a hybrid car.

Peugeot 308 first generation hatchback, three door version. That's the car that came in my mind. I will also point out that it's definitely something French, from PSA Peugeot Citroen. At very first glance on this picture, I thought of some Citroen three-door hatchback, because of the color-split between the body and the roof.

I get the idea of where the Nissan Leaf thought is coming from. But it cannot be a Nissan Leaf because the Nissan Leaf has a slightly chubbier body and longer wheel-base.

So I would say Peugeot 308 first generation, three-door hatchback.

I know that this car sprite looks a lot like this car, however the lights and bumpers are different, but as far as I know, this could be modifications as this car is listed under "Street racer" car.
