I see a lot of resemblance to the 1957 Flxible Starliner and the NWF BS 300. Also a bit of the GM Futurliner.

I think it also looks very very much like this tuned Ford F-750 Big Job, see below:
news.pickuptrucks.com/2010/11/sema-2010-ford-f-750-big-job-rides-on-a-chevy-chassis.html
@fontheking5 It does look a bit like that too, but Ford F-8 Big Job is a semi truck, rather than a pickup, so I don't think that counts.
I'd just leave it as it is now.

Now, that is REAL close. Seriously, you just can't get any closer than that.
I tried to find more info on this photo, but with no success. Maybe some ex GM employee will know.

Anyway, how it should be listed?
"1949 Cadillac" or "1949 Cadillac Concept" or what?

Actually the real name for this model is 1948 gm corsair

I'm not seeing any L'Universelle in this either. What I am seeing is a hodge-podge of 50's era Ford Thames and Commer van, with a bit of this Ford Concept bus thrown in for good measure. The basket-handle trim behind the front doors is also a very Ford thing (think Ford Mystere and the 55-56 Crown Victoria.

Looks about right, but the name you've used doesn't seem correct. The M270 MLRS is the specific name for the vehicle and missile system combination, so using it here when the missiles are different could be inaccurate. Similarly, the Vought Corporation was only responsible for the design, while manufacture was contracted to multiple firms including Lockheed Martin.

The carrier vehicle is known as the M993 and is built on the chassis of a BAE Systems Bradley. I suggest we list this as a BAE M993, but I'm no expert on military vehicles (I just know what to look for on Wikipedia) so can anybody with more experience confirm that identification?

The Art of Fallout 4 States the following of this car: "The large sedan seen here returns from Fallout 3 [...]" Also: "Sedan: A reimagining of the classic two-door Corvega from Fallout 3." Though the car takes design cues from previous Fallout vehicles, most notably the front and sides, the real life inspiration for the rear end is definitely the 1951 Buick XP-300, as suggested by kalu.

I looked at the D-Type (as well as many other racers of that period), and the D-Type is too curvy for this. Top hood and upper fenders is practically flat, while the D-Type has a lot of curves. Closest I found was the Ferrari 375 Plus: assets.blog.hemmings.com/wp-content/uploads//2014/03/Ferrari375Plus_1250.jpg
Other variants of the 375 aren't as close as that.
